  1. anyone else sick of this subject

  2. Very good:rolleyes:

  3. Yeah I wish they would get their house in order and stop trying make us look bad.

  4. Aye reading through the posts from last night some of them genuinely seem to believe we are going to be haunted by this episode for years. Hate to point it out to him but the harsh reality is once we have played another Euro game and are the group stages if either comp i doubt many Celtic fans are going to give Legia a second thought.

  5. I'm in minority and majority rules.
Sadly it's where modern football is at moment. Money over rides fair play. They stuffed us in both legs. The sub had absolutely no effect on the result. Debrecen case was worse. Fielded a player who wasn't even registered - result was a fine. We could have taken view that we acknowledge UEFA decision but Legia beat us on the field. We didn't. That's end of it, however this will come back to bite us in months/years ahead. Reputation.
Just wonder what UEFA would have said if, instead of Legia, we had played Real or Barca or Bayern? Me thinks very good chance they would have received a fine. If right, double standards by UEFA.....back to Debrecen decision.

  6. Roll on Maribor

  7. Thing is , with the state of their admin, they probably hadn't paid their phone bill and were trying to reverse the charges ! Now * off greetin Poles !

  8. Definitely.

The whole tie and following carry-on hasn't done either club any good.

Some of the comments from our own on this forum have been verging on, and in some cases downright xenophobic.

An embarrassing chapter that can't end quickly enough for me.

  9. Jesus christ, still the Debrecen decision!!! Suggest you go and read through the main thread - that was sorted out on Thursday night mate, and numerous times since, explaining how it is irrelevant to this case.

  10. The only question to ask is , what would Legia have done if it was the other way round ? I'll tell you,, accepted the decision ! Now * off greetin Poles !

  11. We'll agree to disagree, so Debrecen aside, principle stands, but as aknowledged at outset, I'm in minority. We're all entitled to our views.

There is nothing to agree to disgaree with. According to UEFA rules, the Debrecen case is entirely different and therefore completely irrelevant to this case.

It's been a few days now since this all came to light - that you haven't grasped that yet is slightly worrying.

  12. Celtic is professonal big world club ? No honour and fair play.
Everyone in EUrope knows that English people have honour and would let Legia through.
Scottish people do not know what honour is.

  13. We had all the same * being posted in the other closed thread.
