But do you really think that they will make more money from those additional tickets than from selling signal to Poland and Norway? I don't think so, cause every single Legia fan that could afford and wanted to go to Scoland, did it, so there will not be more of us if we don't have this match in tv. And if it was more about Celtic fans, that won't go for a match if they can find a stream in the net, then it would mean, that you are not soo good fans. For me it is incredibly stupid decision, but it's not me who loses money, it's Celtic.

Unfortunately this is true. It's partly because the match is in Edinburgh which is about 1 hour away from Glasgow, so I think if the match was on TV then a lot of fans would stay in Glasgow and watch the match on TV.

If 15,000 more Celtic fans come to the match because it is not on TV, and they each pay £22 for a ticket, that makes £330,000. How much were Polish TV offering to show the match?

Few players have to step up to the plate tonight big time. Not good enough last week, particularly Mulgrew,Van Dijk, and a few others.

I think Mulgrew has to drop into centre back, I'd like to see us play 3 central midfielders in there, Johansen, Biton and Kayal. Must keep the ball better.

    I'd like us to go something like this ;

    Forster
    Lustig Van Dijk Mulgrew Izaguirre
    Biton Kayal Johansen
    Commons
    Griffiths Stokes/Pukki

    Big players must step up!

I would sacrifice Biton for a more attack minded player.

In regards to Kayal, 3/4 days ago he wouldn't even have been in my thoughts but the more I've thought about it, the more I've changed my mind. With Brown out there is nobody better at recovering the ball and he is excellent at covering the ground. With Johansen next to him as well he doesn't need to try anything crazy with the ball either, he can just move it on. So aye, Biton out for McGregor.

If Stokes pop up with a replay of that assist to Forrest for a 3-0 goal here tonight, i will never ever question him ever again :56:

    I would line up:

    Forster

    Matthews Lustig Van Dijk Izzy

    Kayal Mulgrew Johansen

    Commons

    Griffiths Stokes

I think there is almost zero chance of that though, we may see something like this:

    Forster

    Lustig Van Dijk Mulgrew Izzy

    Kayal Johansen

    McGregor Commons Boerrigter

    Pukki

Off to bed now after a night shift, will have to catch the match replay on Celtic TV when I wake up. Hopefully next time I log into the forum it's nothing but good news.

See you lads on the other side. :shamrock:

Most important thing about Kayal being in there is more than just the harrying he does of the opposition, he takes the ball, holds it, finds a man and then moves into space to receive the ball back... and he keeps doing this whether the option is used or not.

There was a severe lack of that last week, he was doing it when he came on but we were already overrun due to Ambrose being sent off at that time.

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Berget starts again.

4-1-2-1-2 should be our formation for tonight. Can't really play a lone striker role in a game like tonight.

Either would I, saying that, I think he'll be on the bench with players more familiar of each others play ahead of him in the line up.

Anyone think there will be a surprise pick tonight ? When we were 5-0 down to Artmedia Strachan played Ross Wallace on the right of a front 3. When we were 2-0 down to Karagandy Lennon played Lustig at centre half.
