  3. I know I should give the new GK a chance but I really wanna see Gordon punted and a new GK brought in who is at higher level the Gordon and De Vries.

Harsh on my part because on paper De Vries isn't the worst keeper in the world but I think with the fact we are in CL now we need to look hard for a new GK, RB and a CM who can pass a ball.

    I'm the same.
Done with Gordon now, too many * ups and to blame for too many goals now.
And that post match interview the other day was a disgrace. Can't even accept resppbsibility, how is he meant to learn.

Would love to punt all 3 keepers from last season now (fasan the possible exception) and bring in someone else.

Football manager suggestions, but guys like branescu, rajkovic and dragowski would be excellent to develop under de vries.

    Or even zoet from psv.

Does anyone know what's happened with Gordon? He was inspirational in his first season with us. Is it a lack of confidence, or does he want away from us, or something like that? I know our defence hasn't always been as strong as we'd like, and this may have affected him, but he seems to be lacking in some of the basic skills sometimes. I was always amazed that the great Artur Boruc played at the English Premier League level for years after he left us. As much as I really liked him as a Celtic player, by the time he left us he'd become a bomb scare almost at the Efe level and I though he was finished. More than any other position, goalkeeping is a test of confidence. Because of that first season, I wish Craig Gordon well. But the standard he's currently playing at isn't the standard we need at the Champions League level in the group in which we find ourselves.

Gordon is miles ahead of De Vries.

If Brendan doesnt see this now I will be baffled.

Gordon surely should be in goals next game

  16. Gamboa stood off King far too much and essentially encouraged him to shoot, he's to blame as much as DDV imo.

For heavens sake, give DDV a chance He's still finding his feet! It's almost like you want him to fail here.
