Once in each game he's had a crazy element about him but I couldn't disagree

Give Bailly a shout :smiley-laughing002: He has played two games and has not been tested. People have funny ways of directing their scrutiny i'll * tell ye :smiley-laughing002: Also cop yourselves on, none of our fans know what Bailly can do. With goalkeepers it's always better the devil you know especially with Gordon who is solid most of the time. If you could measure his mean time between failures (i.e mistakes) he would rank higher than most of our keepers since Packie Bonner.

It makes sense to give Bailly a shout domestically anyway. When we're dominating and need a sweeper keeper building our play from the back, who isn't going to be overly troubled, why not? Gordon is causing us all sorts of bother just now with his distribution. Bailly looks far more confident, tries to find a man with feet or hand's from the little I've seen from him..

    What's the real danger?

We have zero breathing room in the league none at all. Risking a new goalie is what you do if you are forced into it. I often question the wisdom of playing a man who had his knee rebuilt to play a Neuer role. What would be a lot easier would be to do what I have been screaming for and that is to drop our defensive line back to a sensible position this makes even more sense as it will suit Boyata as well. I also think it will help * and Tierney at full back and create space for us in the middle as well drawing teams out so that we can punish them.

    Risking? * risking?

Gordon is a car crash just now. If our backline drops anymore then striker's will be hanging on his goal line whenever he kicks a pass back knowing it's coming straight back in 2 secs..

Lucky they missed an open goal or else he would be getting pelters, he's not good enough - mistake after mistake.

I doubt it after the Legia thing and I dont blame him. If the shoe was on the other foot and what happened to them happened to us I wouldnt forgive the other team in a hurry especially the way we conducted ourself at that time i.e. saying nothing and slinking in the backdoor without any sportsmanship.

Always find it funny when * say Forster was better than Boruc, Boruc was our best ever keeper in my lifetime, some of his saves and the occasions he saved us on were quite frankly unreal. I always remember being a young fan and admiring Kloss like the was a * for them, I hated them having that level of keeper but Boruc was so beyond that he imo was the best keeper in the world at a point.

Boruc and Forster are/were both World class.

Forster is still criminally under rated, by everyone. His stats are incredible, people seem to just brush over the fact he racks up clean sheet after clean sheet.

Forster was great, however Brouc was our best ever keeper imo.

Sorry, I loved Boruc, but he was never the best in the world.

I'd say top 3, with a point where he was playing better than any other keeper, that save from Telfer against Man Utd was the best save I've ever seen. Then his performance away to Milan - he was definitely the best keeper in that competition that year.

Boruc was sometimes better than Forster, when he was at the top of his game. Forster was far, far more consistent and pulled off some incredible saves as well.
