I have been trying to back him since he came here. He was talking about us playing a high pressing, high tempo game.... I've yet to see it. He went on about players fitness levels how they would improve but that is a load of *. Week in week out we have players pulling up during games and guys who are just plainly unfit pulling on the jersey and we pay good money to watch this dross. I think Ronny can go at the end of the season and take every * in his backroom staff with him.I thought that Sutton was being a bit harsh on him earlier in the season but he was correct in his assessment. Just get this season over, hopefully with a League trophy and regroup for next season with a new man at the helm and the deadwood cleared from the playing squad.

This isn't the time for sentiments. * this respectfully nonsense.

He said judge him in a year when he first joined. Two years down the line we are in a terrible state, worse than what he inherited, worse than Mowbray, even worse than Barnes. And he has not learned one lesson. It's the same mistakes over and over and over again. This is not a team. This is a collection of individuals, playing for themselves. Deila has no idea how to create a team bond.

Rabbit in headlights, has always been the case with him. job far too big for him.

The man isnt up to the job we all know that and even the apologists have known deep down for a while we were going nowhere under deila. However we are Celtic and we should conduct our business with a bit of class and dignity. We could be like the huns and put him on gardening leave and bring in someone but i would rather he wins the league is treated with respect and we all move on. That is the Celtic way. Not some knee * get him out to * nonsense. 8 points clear in the league all we need is a win and draw.

You said there would be no point in sacking Deila now because we would end up with JC and JK. I was merely pointing out that there are other options and absolutely no way should that be a reason not to sack Deila.

Damage is done. Players aren't playing for him, simple. Fans lost all patience. Why are we prolonging the agony?

We'll see about next season's ST. Seriously doubt they will be that much higher than this year's figures. But that's just an opinion.

Get an experienced head in till the end of the season. Gives them a not bad amount of time to assess the squad and give a handover to the next full time manager (if the guy lined up is not available just now). Someone like Strachan would be suited for doing this for the rest of the season.

I do not understand why our fitness levels are so *? training every day with an army of sports scientists and strength and conditioning coaches * basic stuff at this level ffs.

Thing that * me of the most is the board saying * all so far after the game. At least come out and let us know the script, is he staying? is he away after the season finishes? Just all hear say so far, and allows the media to run riot against us, * stirring and having a go at Deila with no reply from our PR as per * usual. Amateurish stuff from a guy who isn't afraid to take huge wages from us

The atmosphere this weekend will be poisonous. Any mistake made will be jeered and groaned at, it's already been like that for a year and it is about to get worse. The only way to stop that is to remove Deila immediately and then the fans can get behind the team. This seems fairly simple to me. Board protests etc can take place before and after games, but when the team are on the pitch we need to get behind them, because we actually need two wins and a draw, from five games. None of these games will be straightforward, even more so teams will clearly see we are in complete and utter disarray.

Gordon Strachan said he went for the Jeremy Alliadere (sp ?) loan deal because he didn't realise how good Craig Beaty was. We've got a massive squad and limmited funds a new manager will need to find out who can do what and then spend the money wisely.

Also players who seem to be under performing now might well do better with a decent manager.

Who actually made the decision to appoint the guy ? lawwell I take it, I actually don't mind p.l but he should maybe be getting his jotters too. An absolutely shockin appointment, made worse by the fact he should have been sacked a long, long time ago. Any way I think Robbie neilson could do a job for us.

    I agree.
    - This would show the board making the right decision and put a message out that being beaten off them was unacceptable.
    - A new manager could invigorate the players and fans for the run in and also give the new guy time to prepare for Euro qualifiers.

Of course there are other options, but we have to be realistic in what we think our board will do. Their track record suggests that they won't be thinking outside the box, nor will they be willing to spend decent coin on a caretaker to see us over the next five games.

They'll likely stick with Ronny until the seasons over, or they'll go with a combo of Kennedy & Collins.

That's not to say that I don't hope & pray that they shock the * out of me and do something different, of course.

We'll see. The guarantee of a ticket to the Huns games, a new manager, new players and a new season will see optimism sky high by the time the season kicks off.

There are guys there not up to it and a few who are young and could be loaned out, GMS, Christie(loan), Ambrose, Izzaguirre, Cole, Ciftci, Scepovic, Allan, Blackett, Forrest. Thats just to start with. If we can see im sure someone like Lenny or Moyes can to.

its not knee * :smiley-laughing002: this has been going on ALL season.

    the players have downed tools.

Deila should act with class and dignity and walk.

The respect for Deila has gone now. Do you think if we are struggling against Ross Co at home, the fans will show him any respect? Cos I can see it turning poisonous and will probably cause fights amongst our own fans.

But that's alright, as long as Deila is treated well... :87:

Was very impressed by the way Neilson set out Hearts against us at CP in the first half, they were unlucky and the 3rd goal at the start of the 2nd half knocked the wind out them. He seems to have a good grasp of tactics, also beating Aberdeen on the Friday night game after us.

Would have been better to get someone like him after Lennon left though with not much pressure on us competition wise to let him settle in. Now, I think the board will have to get the cheque book out to guarantee success next season by appointing a bigger name, such as Moyes etc (don't see it though).
