I think a lot of people lost perspective of it just because how bad the performances have been, plus the media printing bullshit every week about the club in crisis and all this * that people start believing it.

Don't get me wrong everything isn't rosy but it's definitely a transitional stage that's hopefully over now in terms of the performances.

It's the fans that called it the Ronny Roar and it was done to galvanise the Club.

Anyone that slags it is pathetic.

So if a top manager done it, it would be fine for Ronny to do? :smiley-laughing002:

I don't see anything wrong with it. Shows a bit of passion.

No point in getting tore into them, not immediately after such a crucial goal and the buzz that came with it. If we drew the game it would have made more sense.

They'll analyse what went wrong in the game over the course of the week in training, better that way when everyone has calm heads.

You expect fans of clubs in England to slag Ronny celebrating with his fans as they are generally arrogant * who give it the 'he shouldn't be celebrating winning a game against Kilmarnock or St.Johnstone.'

Celtic fans slagging it though is something I seriously can't get my head around. On what planet is a football manger celebrating with his fans cringey?

Jesus...... just went through the match thread and some people were still being miserable after that winner and scenes at the end. * me, Ronny gets accused of not showing passion and the second he does gets slated as being "cringey" by some.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion regarding the roar without being questioned or called pathetic.

I like it on rare occasions, and it works well with passion. When it irked me, was when it was used all the time to half empty stands at home, felt it lost its impact and at this point became a bit cringe. Was class yesterday though and will be great on title winning day and at the cup final :50:

Personally, I still prefer a MON raised fist or a Lenny wave

probably the best I have felt after a match this season.never once this season did I think aberdeen would win the league untull during watching that match my mind was racing thinking * its under two weeks to april and aberdeen are a point behind and could be top by the end of the day.great win.i did want ronny to go although would it be a good idea getting rid? with the likes of malky mckay, owen coyle, roy keane, alan stubbs, john hughes probably queing up for the managers post in the summer.i think not.I'm willing to give him one more season even though I have been critictisizing him recently.it was said from day one that this would be a long term thing.then again hun game is coming up and will make or break him I think.

Any chance we could have a poll to see what people made of the Ronny Roar yesterday?

Be interested to see what the overall consensus is on it.

I like Ronny showing a bit of passion with the roar in games like yesterday & against Aberdeen. I think the club jumped on the roar to make money & had him doing it after every game, which looked * at times

If you can't celebrate a win especially in that fashion when can you celebrate ?

He never created the 'ronny roar' he never made it a thing he never made the T-Shirts the club and the media created it. It is a natural reaction to a win he gets slated for not looking interested then the moment he shows a bit of passion he gets slated also the guy can't win.

That being said I'd still sack him tomorrow :smiley-laughing002:
