Ronny has a terrific picture of how his celtic team will play in his mind. Its only that though, hes a dreamer.

So basically we are getting worse and they are improving. Hopefully this trend does not continue.

Ronny has had more deadlines on here than a mini bus full of editors.:smiley-laughing002:

The sheep, despite that result are still not on our level....for what ever reason this team is much better than its showing and either ronny or the next manager needs to find out why.

It's the head to heads that have made the difference. McInnes has been winning those duals this year whereas last year I don't think he won any(?). They have physically dominated us, exploiting our soft centre.

  6. In a normal world Deila would have been sacked a long time ago.
After Legia, after Maribor, after Malmo, after Molde. after Ross County, after Aberdeen ? the list goes on and on, Deila could have arguably been sacked 22 times.

Now for that to happen in the abnormal world we live in, someone has to sack Peter Lawwell first. For Peter Lawwell's pet project is the charlatan Deila.

They are not but maybe if they have a dip in form they might get there:icon_mrgreen:

The reason is likely Ronnie himself so no point in him looking for the solution.

What I wouldn't give for a manager who will call these charlatans out.

I think we had one in Neil Lennon but circumstances meant he ended up leaving the club. His position was very strong on top of the money he made us and I think he might have overplayed his hand and backed himself into a position where he gave them an ultimatum and they refused to budge.

I never expect Lennon to bad mouth them though. He knows them personally. It's too complicated but he has left a few breadcrumbs by hinting that Legia was bound to happen etc.

Neil didn't, and hasn't, done it either. Lets not kid ourselves.

Then he would immediately become our ex-manager

Thanks for clearing that up. I was just confused because some seemed to think the board were gonna say "enough is enough" if we lost to Aberdeen. But clearly you knew he was never gonna be sacked. Again thanks, I understand now. :50:

If you want to speak out against them dont take the loyalty bonus/confidentiality agreement easy, Lennon took the money and that buys his silence, i think the only personr ever to come straight out and call Lawwell a liar was Kenny Miller when he was forced out the door against Strachans wishes

For me lennon and Strachan were both average managers, half decent. They could organise, and in particular motivate, tactically ok too. That's all they needed to be to have success at celtic. That year we won 7 games in a row to pip the huns to the title under Strachan, do you see ronny being able to manage that with the pressure on ? We have reached a critical stage now with only 14 games left, our best hope is a collapse from Aberdeen.

The last one who probably had it in him to do it was Strachan, or O'Neill

Martin was the only one to hint at it with his life in the slow lane quote if I remember right.

yep, if they had won all 4 games against us last season they would have finished 7 points ahead of us, the last game against them really could be the decider

Aye but if we had won the other 4 games we lost, we'd have still won it by 5 points.
