Homesick affected his form? what was wrong with his form before he left then?!

 

his form was good before he left. hes better than adian and was my fav player. i want him back but not if celtic have to pay more than they got for him in the first place.
hes not too good for us and hes not irreplaceable

 

His form was not good before he left, after the home Benfica game he went downhill, didn't look interested anymore.

He's a good player, but I'm not sure I want him back, Aiden deserves that position more than his money-grabbing *.

as a newer supporter I'd find it a little easier in seeing this guy return to parkhead but what about you older fellas? Do you think that the fans will take him back?

cuz if he needs a comfort zone to play well and the fans are turning him the cold shoulder, he could be just as bad for us as he was for aston villa

That is a very strong hint that he will be back at CP soon. Of our top starting 11, the wide left berth is the only weakness. As most said in their reviews of the Hearts game, he was the weak link and still lacks a good football brain to match his ball skills. I think he is improving and may (no guarantees) get to the standard Maloney reached perhaps sometime in the 2008-9 season but he is learning on first team time and I dont think we can get away with that in CL games. Heres my prediction; if we win against Spartak, wee Shaun will sign before the dealine on Friday.

 

wee shaun only asked for what he thought he deserved when he was at celtic park, he was player of the year , young player of the year , players player and fans player of the year, i like plenty of celtic fans was * when he left as we had nursed him back from long term injury,but surely everyone is entitled to make a mistake in life , and im not only talking about shaun , what about the celtic board,the manager , although i think they both have done a good job they also made a mistake here, they have paid inflated wages to jarosik and gravesen who werent proven at celtic park,is it because he's scottish he doesnt deserve to be on a par with the foreign boys....i think he would be a fantastic signing ..id welcome him back but tell him his agents a w**k and to get rid of him ...wee shaun would be desperate to make amends and that im sure would be a delight to watch........it must be great to go through life having never made a mistake...!

There's thousands of players around the world ,it's as if he's the only player available!!!

Id hope that gs and the scouts would be targeting players from around the globe and not looking at a fall back

 

im not saying we should sign him but i think he would be a very good signing if we dont have to pay silly money for him , id rather have him back rather than choose a player who we dont know , maloney is proven in the spl, many a player has came with a big reputation to celtic and have not delivered , i mean i will admit i had a chubby when gravesen signed but he is only here for the money as is jarosik to name but two in a list of failure, i think if we qualify for cl maloney will be in , i also think we never went through with the naismith offer as we found out we might have a chance for shaun...

 

don't want the weasle back,he choose money over glory. I hope the splinters he's getting from the bench,give him a painful reminder of when he was wanted

Hi Guys,

We`re hearing that Maloney is homesick whatever that means i`ll be gutted if he leaves Villa he seems a good player as for Petrov please take him back!!!!!!

 

From what I've seen it looks like Maloney's done more for Villa in the few mins he's been on than Petrov has in a season full of starts

 

Dont think any of them have played like the did at Celtic....so far anyway

 

Really surprised about Stan. It wasnt just because the SPL was weak that he did well. He was good in Europe too and captain of his country from a young age. Had incredible ability at timing his runs into the box and scoring. What looks like his problem at Villa?
