I really don't know to be honest. Aye he has won trophies, but in a league such as this most decent managers could. He has no plan B and no tactical awareness.

Well in gutted you find it disrespectful :87:

How would I decide what players to sign? I would let my scouts do....the scouting. Then come to a decision using the extensive amount of backroom experience I have at my disposal. However this is about the current Celtic side winning the league.

I would let the coaching staff decide on the training.

I would let the nutritionist decide on what they eat. ( Do you seriously think Lennon is an expert in nutrition and decides these things?)

There is no easy answer to how to deal with a want away player. I would discuss the situation with them and go from there. One thing I wouldn't do is let it get to the stage where they have 6 months on their contract.

How do you know what coaching staff to bring in? What nutritionist? What if they are * at their job because you have absolutely no idea what to look for when hiring these people?

You would be sitting in your office with your thumb up your *, staring into space, while the interviewee was waiting on a question from you that isn't coming because you don't know what to ask.

Where do you think you would finish in the league if you were the current manager of Celtic?

We're still unbeaten in the league. Today and Morton were very disappointing but it would be ridiculous to get rid of him because of those games.

    Definitely.

Maybe we should go down the route of no managers. We could have internet polls to pick the teams after all all the football experts are online.
Sack Lenny and appoint a budgie would decrease our wage bill dramatically as bird seed is not too expensive

We are talking about winning the league using the exact same setup as now, with someone else instead of Lennon. That means the same coaches and players, backroom staff etc.

What makes you think Lennon knows about nutrition? He isn't going to be firing technical questions about macronutrients in food to a guy with a phd in nutrition. I would guess he pretty much lets the experts get on with their jobs as far as things like physio, medical, fitness and nutrition go.

I'm pretty sure in his 20 odd years of experience in top flight football has taught him absolutely nothing about nutrition.

Would you care for a shovel?
