If we're not in Europe after Christmas there's no chance we'll spend money in January as the league will be won by mid March.

Wouldn't say so, look at Lustig for example. We got him in January. We'll buy players whenever we get them cheap, and if that's in the winter, then we get them in the January window.

Good result today on the back of a European game. Virgil was outstanding. Izzy, Ledley, Brown and Fisher were decent too.

I cant help but think he should be given more time before we judge him. The problem is he doesn't look like the out and out goal scorer we should of replaced Hooper with.

Excellent performance today, only dropped the tempo for 5 minutes and they score then we scored straight away and strolled it, back 4 was immense we now have 3 right backs, the only player I would say was * was Forrest but he was out of position that's the thing I would fault Lennon about was that Pukki needed Balde there with him, and for the Pukki haters actually watch the runs he makes and the space he creates, can hold the ball up and great energy and links the play well, he's not a goalscorer and was never going to be so why slate him as if it's his fault? They knew the type of player they were buying, he will score in bursts just give the boy a chance.

l've only seen wee bits and bobs of Pukki and he very rarely makes a bad pass. Don't think he'll be a prolific goal scorer but he needs time to settle.

I love it when Brown celebrates in someone's face, he is such a * wind up merchant and great player/captain at the same time :smiley-laughing002:

I didn't see the game today, but did we wear a poppy on the jersey? And was there a silence?

Ross County didn't wear a poppy either mate.
And it's their call as far as a minutes silence goes at their ground.
So hopefully none of the nonsense in the media and social.......but I won't hold my breath.

    Very good performance
Izzy was superb some fantastic crosses from him, he should be taking our corners from now on
VVD was world class delighted he broke his scoring duck I think he'll net between 10-15 goals this season hopefully
Brown didn't have a great game but his celebration after the 4th goal gives him a mention was so funny watching it on TV
Ledley was brilliant as well 2 good headers from him, he looked * off when he got hooked and I don't blame him
Honourable mentions too- Fisher, Biton, Ambrose and Forster they were also solid

we are getting abuse on twitter again from every club in the UK's fan base because there wasn't a silence and we didn't have poppies on

We wouldn't organise the silence and they never had poppies on their shirts either.

Ah, the old poppy cult, is it? Let the sheep bleat, I'm glad there were no poppies on display yesterday.

So Celtic supporters who don't think a poppy should be worn on a football shirt, and don't want to be forced to take part in the glorification of the British military, shouldn't bother attending at this time of year?

I suppose James McClean could just get a grip and wear the poppy on his shirt,Stokes should also have to wear one on the basis that Celtic are a Scottish club ?

    Bullshit.

I had just deleted my post there haha.

Anyway, you think that because our club has a minority of players/fans that we should all look like idiot's for not doing it? Right ye are... They made the wrong decision not to do it. Or maybe it was the right one. They know that some of our fans can not be trusted and would bring shame on our club. Again!
