I love the optimism here. Lenny needs to play two up front for starters and hold a defensive line like we did last year (albeit minus kelvin). I saw a poll on Facebook from Celtic fans about van dijks performance for the first leg and it looks like he played as well as my granny suffering with gout. I think we're Europa bound when we shouldn't even be worrying about non teams like this.

Geez, that's early.

Wonder the result.

 

They are playing today, 12pm our time 5pm their time.

Was wondering when they are travelling also as it may end up being important -they will be playing the game at 1am their time so obviously the sooner they arrive the better to get their body clocks adjusted. They do have that extra day though since the game is on a Wednesday so likely be fine for them.

 

will hopefully reseble barca ac milan last year. barca were 2-0 down in the san siro but it ended 4-0 in the nou camp.

Rogic done well today so it would be nice if Lennon rewarded him with a start on Wednesday, as he could do some damage. We also have Commons on the bench to replace him if it doesn't work out.

That is tragic, think we need Stokes big time.

 

I want Commons AND Rogic playing.

Commons was the only one who looked like he could create something over there. I think he and Rogic could link up well.

If we go for a sideways passing midfield like Ledley-Brown-Kayal we'll create nothing.
