Why not? It might inspire some people to go to war.

If you strike at, imprison, or kill us, out of our prisons or graves we will still evoke a spirit that will thwart you, and perhaps, raise a force that will destroy you! We defy you! Do your worst!

Just as it is true that a stream cannot rise above its source, so it is true that a national literature cannot rise above the moral level of the social conditions of the people from whom it derives its inspiration.
    James Connolly

I don't care if I fall as long as someone else picks up my gun and keeps on shooting.

I know you are here to kill me. Shoot, coward, you are only going to kill a man.
    Che Guevara

t's better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.
    Emiliano Zapata

We have an obligation to every last victim of this illegal aggression because all of this carnage has been done in our name. Since WW2, 90% of the casualties of war have been unarmed civilians. One third of them children. Our victims have done nothing to us.

From Palestine to Afghanistan to Iraq to Somalia to where ever our next target may be, there murders are not collatoral damage, they are the nature of modern warfare.

They dont hate us because of our freedoms, they hate us because every day we are funding and committing crimes against humanity.

The so called war on terror is a cover for our military aggression to gain control of the resources of western Asia. This is sending the poor of this country to kill the poor of those Muslim countries. This is trading blood for oil. This is genocide and to most of the world, we are the terrorists.

In these times, remaining silent on our responsibilities to the world and its future is criminal.

No matter anyones situation, health or mental state. I would advise you all to look at TED.com. They have guest speakers talking about a range of subjects. When it comes to inspiration there are some amazing talks. Some that just make you well up with emotion, whether it be empathy or just sheer awe. There are talks by people who know that they are dying approach it with humour, realism, grace and knowledge of life.....it just leaves you realising that there is so much more to life.

it does not glorify war, it tells the truth of war and what is expected of a soldier defending his country and his countries interests.

  15. Exactly, his countries interests, says it all really.

First they came for the hackers.
But I never did anything illegal with my computer,
    so I didn't speak up.

Then they came for the pornographers.
But I thought there was too much * on the Internet anyway,
    so I didn't speak up

Then they came for the anonymous remailers.
But a lot of nasty stuff gets sent from anon.penet.fi,
    so I didn't speak up.

Then they came for the encryption users.
But I could never figure out how to work PGP anyway,
    so I didn't speak up.

    Then they came for me.

And by that time there was no one left to speak up.

When you disarm the people, you commence to offend them and show that you distrust them either through cowardice or lack of confidence, and both of these opinions generate hatred.
