Everyone at the club has messed this up.

We have sold the backbone of our champions league team - Wilson, Wanyama and Hooper and we have skimped on replacements, going down the route of buying cheap again and trying to develop players.

If that is the height of our ambition and our model for the future, then so be it, but results like this will continue to happen in qualifiers. That game reminded me of Braga, Utrecht and Sion, unfamiliar, untried and inexperienced players in the side and at times we looked a shambles. That result could easily have happened in Sweden, where we were just as poor.

Lennon has to hold his hands up here. The centre backs was a huge mistake, I said it before a ball was kicked and look what happens, we lose 2 goals from simple balls into the box. Mulgrew should have started at the back along with one of the 2 new guys, who both had a bit of a nightmare. You need experience in qualifiers, especially in central defence and they both looked a bit lost, Lenny should know better. The reason we are probably even here is probably due to Kevin Wilson in Sweden more than anyone else.

Why start with Samaras up front on his own against a shower of * like them? Get 2 strikers on the pitch, treat it like a normal away game and get the job done. We gave them way too much respect.

We have no pace at all, we really don't and with the exception of Commons and maybe Lustig, everyone had a poor night. We are miles short at the back and have little inspiration up front.

Here's to a long hard slog in the SPL and a half-hearted Europa League campagn to fill us with joy.

But hey .. we have a great balance sheet!

The worst Celtic performance in many years . That dire performance could possibly cost us 20 million quid !

What a repulsive metaphor - no doubt one you're proud of though, eh?

Been waiting a while to use that one? Saved it up?

Don't see you on here often CoatbridgeBhoy. Why is that exactly?

And why do you only turn up when Celtic have some defeat you can crow over?

Is bad news good news for you? Does happiness hurt?

Very poor performance especially in defence.

It will be a very different game next week and I can see us putting at least 4 past them.
We could have won that away game with a different approach but that's in the past ,let's thump them next week and bank another 22mil

We had a better team that had to work hard last year to qualify, that team has been considerably weakened and key players not replaced with similar quality. Yet they are expected to achieve the same outcome.:rolleyes:

Ha - Was waiting on this typical line, the usual suspects are "cruising" the forum to jump on anyone who does not agree with them...what a sad pathetic bunch you lot are....why dont you vent your venom in written word at Mr Lawwell and ask why the biscuit tin is padlocked yet again.
