Quite like King Los the now, hes like a good version of Lil Wayne. Becoming King is a class mixtape from a couple year back.

Been years since I last heard a good rap song tbh, think the last really good ones where when 50 Cent and The Game were just emerging in the early to mid 2000s and Eminem was still good.

Recent stuff some is catchy but no depth to it, not stuff you'll be listening back to in 5 years time which is *.

Good music never stops existing.

To use the most obvious example, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy came out four years ago, and in another four years time will still sound years ahead of the game.

 

There is plenty of good stuff out. That's ridiculous to say there has been nothing since game and 50 cent. 50 wasn't even that good haha.

 

There has even been alot really good mainstream stuff since then like Kanye West My beautiful dark twisted Fantasy which for me is one of the best albums of my lifetime.

 

MBDTF is a classic. Kendricks Good Kid Maad City and Section 80 aswell both classics.

Plenty good rap tunes about man.

Mehhh, no really a fan of Slaughterhouse, Yelawolf etc. And Em's not really that great now either, you can guarantee there will be a tune with Rhianna or some other popstar, with Em giving a couple a cheesy cringey verses.

 

This guy Rusties from Govan apparently and Dannys gonnae be over in Glasgow a lot more. Ideal, my favourite rapper :icon_mrgreen:.
