Mate are you having a laugh. That evil * was responsible for the destruction of the trade unions, making poor people even poorer, killing hundreds of innocent Argentinians in the Belgrano incident where it posed no threat and also made the situation in Northern Ireland alot worse.

Oh dear, how long before she's back as a Newco and someone claims it's still her.

She was not a great leader. She instilled in society a doctrine of greed and "I'm alright * everybody else" attitude. She made it her own personal crusade to destroy the unions, divide and conquer. She alienated Britain in europe, she dumped the poll tax on us, she made the situation in Ireland worse. She was a self centred egotistical maniac.

She turned this nation from one that was the most respected worldwide in high education fields to a nation of waiters and waitresses.

I'm no Thatcher lover, but that (^) is absolute nonsense... the UK was a laughing stock in the 70's!

The UK was by far the most respected nation in the world in engineering and education. Hence why most nations sent folk here to be educated and trained.

Not going to celebrate her death, but wont be mourning it either.

If i really hated her as some do though, id have wanted her to remain alive.
She had a great and happy life and achieved all she set out to do......and the only time she was ever sad and distressed and confused, was in the last few years, like many other elderly people.
