That's a good post... Pretty much how I feel about it at the moment. I'm not going to start dancing on her grave, and I have no direct connection to her. So can't feel hate. I think alot of people have the same feeling as us, but only jump on the bandwagon..

I've just seen the plans for Margaret Thatcher's grave...

Its beautiful - but I think they should have made the dance floor bigger.

Was only 5 when her reign ended so i never had anything personal against her. Can't even really remember my parents complaining either. The only way i remember her as a kid was watching spitting image :smiley-laughing002:

She's an interesting character but i'm not going to jump on the bandwagon and celebrate in anyway.

No matter what job she would have had on this earth , she would still have been a selfish vile woman , its just the type she was , sadly it was power she craved and we are still paying the price for that even to this day ..and beyond
I do know there were things that woman was responsable for ..that most likely will never become public .
She was NOT a good leader , she was percieved as strong when all she really was ...ruthless .

Apparently she hasn't died, she's been shut down because she had become uneconomical.

Peronal wealth increased 80% over her time. She gave the working class a step ladder out of menial labour and council housing. Most importantly she left the nation in a far better place than she found it.

People on here are just spewing hate and they don't even know why (not you)

    She was a great leader

Cant say I feel anything for her now she's dead. My old man worked in the Ravenscraig, so my family felt her actions first hand. She destroyed Scottish, north of England and Welsh towns and cities without care. Many of societies are still suffering due to this.

Evil woman. The sycophantic statements on the news channels are cringeworthy. "A great Briton who saved our country'......
