Doyle better than Keane? * sake

Robbie Keane is the greatest player this country has produced. I like Kevin Doyle, he was a very good player for a few years there but he comes nowhere near Keane. Nowhere * near him

 

Doyle was a good player for Ireland about four years ago, his performances recently have been shocking. To me, he has lost his hunger and in turn his work rate. Without that hes * useless, not even comparable to Robbie Keane in footballing terms, which is why he hasnt even made recent squads.That being said, Robbie Keane hasnt been great since his move to LA, he's lost a bit of sharpness.Id still rather him over Doyle even as a squad player at the minute.

 

Put it this way who would you rather have a 29/30 year old Robbie Keane or a 29/30 year old Kevin Doyle...... I would love to see that Poll. Bet it's a landslide win for Keane.

We need a goal scoring forward to replace Hooper Doyle is not the answer, thy guy has not hit double figures since 2008/2009 season.

to be honest i think he would be a good edition to the squad i would say he would get as many goals a JVH did during his time here.

The more i think about this transfer the more it makes sence, he would be a pretty great addition to the squad.
Just need a change of club imo, to get him going again.

 

Doyle would score goals up here and bring a lot to the team. The goalscoring abilities that I witnessed at the Madejski when he played for Reading can't have just disappeared. In Reading's second season and at Wolves he was doomed because he played for * teams that didn't create chances. In a team like ours that create chances week in week out, he will score goals.

I'd personally love to have him here.

 

Doyle was top goalscorer and club POTY in his first season at Wolves.

 

I don't mind if we sign Chris Moyles if he bangs the goals in.

I've not heard him mentioned in any transfer rumours at Celtic yet ,
so he could be a big surprise signing

 

I guess we are getting the rumours from the same guy. The "retired agent" who says we have bid 7 million on players today.
