Some people need to get a grip.

Well done to the prisoners. The man was a * sick * that should have been killed rather than sent to prison. Of course the prisoners don't have the right to kill him but who the * cares? About time he was wiped out.

    Get over it.

As soon as any of these * are found guilty with enough evidence, they should be killed

  4. You are complimenting prisoners in a high security unit, they sure as * aren't in there for tax evasion or soliciting prostitutes FFS.

    Ridiculous.

I can understand 'who cares', but this 'good on them' carry on is vile.

    I agree 100%

I am not going to shed a tear for him, - it makes zero difference to me what happens to the guy - but it is quite disturbing the level of bloodlust some people have. And it is beyond ludicrous to celebrate the killing of one scum bag murderer by another scumbag murderer. I completely appreciate why people consider criminals such as this worthy of no moral consideration at all but it is quite another matter to actively enjoy another person suffering or being brutally murdered.

I didn't say I now like or even respect the people that carried out the killing but all things considered, they have removed one more scumbag from our planet. And that is a good thing, no?

We apologize for the killings. Those who were responsible for killing the killer have been killed.

One might suggest that they have done society a favour............will save a pretty penny in costs.

    Happy days.

  11. The operative point is that they would do society a favour if they topped themselves, they aren't worthy of any praise.

When someone murders a child or any other human being for that matter in cold blood, then they should automatically waive their right to live - making this kind of action legal.

Think of the victim's families, if they were to hear the same * who murdered their son or daughter, was now being called a hero and had by the public and now had respect for murdering some other *.

Well if topping themselves is worth praise, then surely topping another one is worth some sort of praise - going by your logic.

So technically - going by your logic again - they are of some use after all.

I've yet to see anyone on here saying that they are some sort of heroes - only that people are glad to see a * monster who beat the * out of an infant get done in.

While I don't condone the murder of a child killer, I can understand the motivation. The problem I have with this situation is that, quite rightly in my opinion, we don't have a death penalty in this country.

With that fact in mind, it is against the principal of justice for prisoners to take the law into their own hands. Who decides in prison whether a murderer should kill a rapist, or a burglar is beaten for his anti-social behaviour. When you condone this kind of action you are promoting anarchy and mayhem in the prison service.

I shed no tears for the dead convict, but I also feel that the perpetrators should feel the full weight of the law for their actions. Only the legal system should retain the right to take the life of a convicted criminal, but it shouldn't use it. Incerceration for me is the best form of punishment.

I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable with having "law" figures having more legislative power so that they could "legally" take another person's life.

The decision to have a death penalty still resides with paliament. It could be re-introduced at any time with an Act. I don't agree with the death penalty, personally, but the legal system DOES have the ability to decide on this course of action should the government decide it to be prudent.
