    He has some flaws sure.

He is also worth 15/20 goals a season, you surely don't want that taken out of our attack right now. After losing Hooper?

That always did my head in about McGeady, he shoots like a powder-puff. Sometimes found myself screaming "put your laces through it ya wee *!"

I swear to * he is a great player for us. It was a serious loss to Scotland when he retired from playing for Scotland but it was great for us.

Forster, Mulgrew, Matthews, Brown, Commons, Ledley, and Samaras are my now my favourite players in our squad.

Its so hard to pick a clear favourite of mine but COMMONS is a clear contender probably with big Sammy. He is just a deadly player in the SPL, in Europe, in almost every game for us. Sure he still has his off game for us here and there. But since his weak spell early last season he has surely come back for us as in nearly pure consistency.

I hope Kris retires here I really do. Plain and simple. I love the guy. I think he deserves even more praise than he gets now. And the way he treats the fans is great. All I hear is good stories from everyone who has met him or dealt with him. He seems an all around class character.

Good luck in Kazakhstan Kris :50:

Also I noticed this on facebook this evening:

Anyone think he can beat his goal tally from last season?

I genuinely expect him to, if truth be told - depending on staying fit, obviously.

Big ask, expecting more than 19 goals. Especially because a lot of his goals came about due to his understanding and the general clever play/movement of Gary Hooper.

He's started well enough. Think he has shown he and Stokes can strike up a good partnership. Stommons?

How many penalties did he score last year? I can only mind Moscow...

Raith Rovers away is another. Can't mind of others off the top of my head though.

He never seemed to be on the pitch when we got one, as far as I remember.

He was a culprit during that spell where we couldn't score from the spot.

Wonder why Brown is no longer taking them.

Brown missed one and come off them if I remember correctly. Can't mind who it was against though but I'm sure he did miss one.

It was against Dundee that Brown missed. Big Rab saved it.

Been impressed with Commons so far, usually always scores against Aberdeen. Hopefully he can keep it up and score as many goals as he did last year.

Missed one against Motherwell as well, think it was only the next game as well.

Broony missed 2 in a row.

If I remember right Commons has just missed against St Johnstone and he slipped as he hit it

Was that not the game where he hit the post from a free kick as well. I think we lost 1-0. Dave Mackay scored for them I think.

I just look at what he did in half a season and, coupled with no internationals which should result in him being well rested in comparison to some of his team mates, think the 20 barrier should in no way be beyond him.

I imagine the taregt for him will be 15 at least, every season. However, breaking 20.........as long as he stays fit, I genuinely expect it of him this season - because of how highly I rate him....nae meaning if he fails to he'll have had a pish season or owt like that! :)
