Yesterdays master class performance was coming. You could see over the last few games he has getting his best form back game by game. A pity so much of this season was lost by injury but what a great day he gave us yesterday. Hopefully we have a fully fit Kris Commons from the off next season as that would be a massive boost for us.

Hopefully he kicks on from this performance and play like the way he did last season. He's a true hunskelper

 

Chuffed for him getting a goal yesterday, he needed it.

 

So glad he got the goal he's been desperate for. There's not a better team to do it against either, hopefully he kicks on from here now and continues in the same form next season because there's no two ways about it, he has been inconsistent.

 

Was good to see him finally get his goal. He's been in good form with his overall play, I think he's just needed that bit of confidence from scoring.

The free role he had on Sunday really suited him.

 

There's always been the "he only plays for the first 6 months at a club" thing going about for a while with Commons, but to me maybe he's just not had the right club or manager.
Even if Kris and Lenny had a few run ins, Lenny rates him and appears to be getting the best out of him again. And Commons looks like he wants to play at Celtic. I'd play him for the remaining games just keep getting that confidence up.

 

Was very pleased that he scored against the huns. He will be a very important player for us next season. Hope he plays against United and Hearts! Want him to bang a couple in the net against the diet huns before we get our hands on THAT trophy

 

Nice to see Commons getting back to his old self, I can see him playing good in Europe Next season.

 

Looks at his best when he's allowed to drift in between the lines.

 

Commons has been our best player since he came off the bench in the 3-2 defeat at Ibrox.

I was just coming into this thread to mention that pass, especially since we were new to the artificial surface as well, to see a pass like that was hugely impressive.

Kris Commons on form is always an excellent thing for us.

 

That pass was World Class

 

Smashing player. His corners are excellent too, make Barry Robsons corners seem like they were hit by Broadfoot. Ive started to expect goals from corners again even though we're not great in the air just because we know he's going to batter them right into a good area.
