    How much would Celtic want for him, i reckon he's worth a few quid like. Maybe 3-4 million. And i definitely think he's good enough to help the toon stay near the top of the table and hopefully get into the Europa League.

    That highlights package posted a page or two before is immense. Hope there's no Man United fans lurking on here, don't want them seeing that.

    Did you actually see the way he strolled past those Barcelona players? Out of this world. I didn't appreciate it on the night (looking through my fingers), but looking back on it now, he was phenomenal against them. Goal and everything.

    One of the hottest pieces of midfield property in Europe ain't going for less than 10m. He also has his head screwed on right, I think he wants to develop in the SPL for a few more years and see how far he can go with Celtic. A lot of the players probably have this idea in their head i.e. Hooper, Kayal, maybe even Ledley. There are a few who seem like theyve found home i.e. Commons, Mathews, izzy.
    Most importantly I don't think any of them will leave Celtic in this position and definitely not before the biggest game in all but a couple of their careers. They effectively have the choice of 15 other clubs in Europe to get the same challenge and atmosphere.

    If you read some of Wanyama's first interviews at the club i think a lot of people with be at ease as there is a reason he chose number 67:celt_2:

    i just hope when he eventually goes it's to further his career rather than his pay packet. He's good enough to get a game for Man U, Barca, Borussia, Bayern, PSG etc. so I'd be disappointed if he went to some lesser team like Newcastle just for a bigger pay day.

    If he makes the right move I think he will almost certainly join his brother in owning a CL winners medal
