Said it before but I can't get my head around why he's loved so much. A total liability and has been for a long, long time.

The two full backs need replaced this summer, they're both bomb scares.

 

He's pathetic defensively, anyone disagree? And his crossing has went from decent to diabolical as time has went on..

So * true . His "cult " status has allowed him to get away with it for years.

 

Another who was poor..

Not a threat going forward and * in Defence.

 

Sad to say it but both the penalty (red card & goal), the last goal and therefore effectively the match, were all his fault.

Attack should have offered more but wing backs can't just be fast and nothing else. You have to know what to do in defensive situations.

It was poor decision making/communication of his behalf with van Dijk which let the ball slip through for the pen, and his woeful clearance which lead to their 3rd.

He's half the player he was when he first came. Thanks for your service Emilio but I think it's time. He makes one major mistake every game minimum. Often more. It's just not good enough.

 

The red card i blame Commons for what was he trying with the corner

 

If Izzy went for the ball first time, instead of staying with his man and then changing his mind to go for the ball, that break from the corner would never have happened. Brown & van Dijk were raging with him when the pen was given. It was all his fault.

 

Sums it up perfectly. Izzy' time is up at Celtic park.

If Izzy had any sort of right foot and had cleared it properly, rather than just skying it, it would never have been on in the first place.

 

Izzy didn't know where their RB was that's not his man. Lack of communication from Tonev left the man free. If Stokes or Forrest would of been on they would of let him know there was a man behind him.

Football is all about communication a guy who has hardly played in the team at all this season is going to have poor communication with the regular starters. You could see izzy stare straight at him after the goal.

 

He's been woeful the last couple of months. His crossing has been poor and he has been caught out of position most matches

Commons sold us up the river with his abysmal attempt at a corner.

 

He is such a poor player defensively. I always fall into the trap of thinking 'yeah he's crap defensively but he's good going forward'. It's not even true because his crossing is below average. In my opinion he's still living off what he did in his first season here. Time to sign another left back and give him some serious competition for his place in the team.

I would say shinnie is a better lb should have bought him or Robertson when we had the chance.
