We need a new left back, izagurrie is awful, I think hes played 6 times this year and he hasn't performed once. Lustig is nightmare, I hope matthews is back for benfica.

I wish that was the case. Since towards the end of Strachan's reign there have been alot of woeful performances from Celtic. The amount of times they look as if every pass is straining at their physical and mental dispositions. Nothing looks natural this season: every pass is telegraphed; every opposition run (that I can see coming from 10000000 miles away) is left unmarked; every 50-50 is shirked; every decision seems to be the wrong one and almost every player looks a shadow of what we expect them to be.

That in itself is a problem, because we keep talking up how great this young, multicultural side are, but when it comes to so many games they look very ordinary. There are people on here masturbating themselves into a coma about how good Wanyama is - even comparing him to Viera and Toure... But going by todays (and other) performance: he isn't the finished article - infact he is at best a badly punctuated sentence. The same could be said for the whole team.

And last but not least: is Lennon really capable of moulding a great team? The lack of cohesion, strategy and most shockingly for a team under Lennon, commitment, is not good.

You constantly slating the manager is becoming tiresome.

He seemed to motivate them just fine to get past two qualifiers to reach the CL, he seemed to motivate them just fine to win the league last year.

That was a shocking performance today but not as shocking a performance as you getting tore into Lenny every time we have a bad game.

Here we go, did you just watch that?

Yes it is not the 1st time we have played *. We, are not good enough to play two separate teams. Bad day at the office but we will win the league

    I'm not picky.
Yeh he was one of the (very few) better players to be honest. Too many done * all though. I don't usually slam the team through knee-* reactions but after that performance it's hard to pick more than about 4 players who was ok for us today.

St Johnstone played well in all honesty and just went at us, but we didn't do ourselves any favours with that performance and if we play like that on Wednesday we'll get * hammered.

He didn't play overly well but he put in a lot of effort. He wasted a couple attacks sure but at least he was trying to get a goal to get us back into the game which is more than can be said about a majority of the team.

Just saw the winning goal, great finish, but the boy had to run backwards to adjust his feet and get the ball, how the * can that be allowed 18 yards from goal?

Fair play to Steve Lomas. Hope he keeps them up this year.

Lennon really needs to wake up and get Izaguirre dropped, Mulgrew isnt a Centre Half get him moved to left back. Lustig is an absolute disgrace picking up close on 10k a week

Neil Lennon deserves the sack on that team performance. Makes Craig Levein look like Jose Mourinho.

It is the first goal that worries me. The distance between the 2 CB's and the space the guy had.

Forgot to mention the * referee (didn't want it to seem an excuse). But yeah, another honest mistakes and a few more * poor decisions into the mix.

Forrest and commons were terrible. Commons scored but thats all he did, he wasted countless freekciks and oppurtunities by shooting

Forrest did absolutely nothing, he never put in one cross or beat his man. I lost count how many times he miss controlled it and lost it.

I know mate, the first one was terrible, the space he had was ridiculous, second was similar, too much space.

Anyway, I'm moving on, Wednesday here we come!

    Forster- 7: Great freekick save

Lustig- 7: Don't understand all the criticism, played much better than * golden boys like Forrest. Tried to make things happen.

Wilson- 5: Tade was too strong for him, not a good sign. Made some decent tackles, but punted the ball out of play far too often.

Mulgrew- 4: One of his worst performances. He's one of my favourites, but that was a * performance.

Izzaguierre- 5: Didn't do enough, and lost out in many challenges.

Brown- 6: Showed one good piece of skill, but other than that the technique he showed today was horrendous.

Commons- 7: Performance dropped towards the end quite badly, but for the first hour was our best player. Tried to make things happen, and of course got our goal.

Wanyama- 5: Very poor today, struggled to pick out passes, and didn't commit to challenges. Have a feeling he had Wednesday night too much in mind.

Forrest- 2: * dreadful. Did nothing, lost out constantly, didn't help out the team. 21 now, not a kid anymore, time to step up. Worst player by a mile today.

Miku- 6: Felt bad for the forwards today. Had very little service with players like Forrest playing so dreadfully.

Hooper- 6: Much the same as Miku.

    Subs:
Rogne- 5: Looked poor, looked slow.
Watt- 6: Would have been 7 if not for the miss at the end. Liked everything he did until that point, though.
Lassad- N/A: didn't have much time or oppurtunity to impact the game.
