    Enjoyed it. Much better than I thought tonight. That will be his most difficult match before Djokovic in the semis after his unbelievably favorable draw.

    I reckon a lot of players in the locker room will have watched what Lukas Rosol did against Nadal the other night and thought 'If he can do that, so can I'. Federer was almost knocked out tonight and we could well have another couple of shocks in this tournament yet.

    Sometimes a result like Rosol had against Nadal can have a domino effect.

    I was shocked to turn on BBC2 and see Federer 2 sets down but credit to him, he fought back and won it. Bennenteau just ran out of steam in the final set and whatever was wrong with him injury wise probably contributed, a great effort by him though, just not enough to beat the genius of Federer
