Could easily happen, we dont sign him now. He goes on to score 10 goals in the rest of the season, the likes of Wolves, Wigan, Blackburn come in with £2.5million in the summer and we are left sitting thinking "* we should have got him for £1million a few months ago

 

I'd bid maybe a million plus Keatings on loan for six months. 15% sell on clause if they are being arsey about it.

one thing we shouldn't do is do a rangers and * them about with 200-500k offers.
Give them £1million and maybe offer them a youngster on loan or even any of our fringe players.

Well considering he introduced Helmes to Celtic I recon its about him. Wonder if he would be interested, must have some degree of interest if the agent comes out with that comment. he is usually a very reliable head too.

These are the kind of signings we regret in two years! Has happened many times down the line, we should be constantly looking to add to our squad and for 1 million with a potential much for much bigger seems like a no brainer!
