    Haha, a little unfair.
Unless you mean a six pack of beer? In that case, call me Champ.

If you need to put on weight get this book http://www.amazon.co.uk/Starting-St...2738/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1325420608&sr=8-2 (you can torrent it if you don't want to splash out on the actual book) start lifting weights and start eating alot. Probably way more than you've been used to eating.

I would also recommend that book to people looking to lose weight as well.

I'll be looking to lose a few stone in the coming months. Think it's a good idea if we post in here to spur each other on and share tips an that.

    Im keen on that :50:

Last year I was a fat man at this point about 16 1/2 stone. I aimed to run a 10k in the summer as a reason to get me fit which I did and dropped to 14. Im not around 15 and aiming to do a kilomathon in April (13k) and maybe a half marathon later in the year. A target like this works well for me as it gives me extra incentive to eat better and train more. I enjoy the gym as well (I just have a terrible diet), but I find running far more addictive.

I done the edinburgh kilomathon year and a half ago and it was the hardest thing Ive ever done. 16 and a half miles running over the forth road bridge and back into Edinburgh. The hills coming out of south queensferry were horrendous. Glasgow half marathon was like a stroll in the park on comparison.

A flatmate of mine had one. They do the job but arent nearly as good as the more expensive ones you get at gyms. If you are used to gym treadmills you will struggle with a manual in my opinion.

I used to treadmill all the time but actually enjoy outside a lot more. Even when weather is rotten it becomes quite addictive.

just remember to stick at them, an you will feel the difference in no time. and when he says "non-stop" push yourself as far as you can, litterally untill you cant physically do it. good luck mate:50:
