too many to choose a favourite, der all smashin!
I like the rebel songs etc.

But the club is repeatedly asking us to tune out down that includes daft banners! If you support our club support our clubs wishes to. it wouldn't suprise me if lenny himself likes the rebel songs etc. but as a manager you also have the responsibility to keep ya clubs reputation good too!

No doubt lenny was told what to say on this one, think the remark about the spelling was a bit uncalled for but an not going to criticize our manager fpr making a statement any other manager would have made in his position

I have always backed Lennon 100% when player and manager but he has let me down with a few comments this season. Judas seems fitting when someone trusted sticks the knife in! Don't mean to offend and I hope he redeems himself.

If we were to follow the club's wishes at all times then there would never have been such a thing as a 58,000 man huddle, and I'm sure we all agree that was/is a sight to behold.

MON & Strachan, when asked about the fans in their time here, always cleverly swerved the issue. The pair of them would never have said what Lennon, Lawwell or Bankier have said.

If we followed what the club said at all times we would be out of business

And sadly the rebels would not have won.

How many realistically sing rebel songs?

Last match I was at there was about 15,000 singing them.

thats a good point but it wouldn't just be players we couldn't afford it would be the scouting team the manager it would affect the whole club without the money they have generated through marketing to the world . he would be finding gems like wanyama and if we could they wouldn't want to come because the standard would be even more * than it is already

I couldn't tell you an exact figure however that is a mute point because bar the GB there is few supporters that join in with singing of any kind, whether that be the Celtic song, the Fields of Athenrye, or the Roll of Honour.

So the question really should be - How many, realistically sing any songs at Celtic Park?

Exactly why I lost a lot of respect for Lennon. He chose to put the boot in and I really can't stand his new whiter that white act. Where's the Lennon we know and love?

I can't see it mate but I respect your opinion. I just don't know how the standard of Scottish football could get any worse. I really honestly believe that Lawwell is seriously overrated.

Ginger Judas? That is lunatic. So, he agrees with UEFA that singing oh ah up the ra is the sort of ditty we can do without and fans who think we need that kind of song are childish twats. Went up in my estimation when he did that.

A tad optimistic i think. Out of the 3,000 who sign, i would say 1,500 at the very most. Probably in the hundreds apart from Rangers games.

When has Lennon ever criticised the fans before? He is a yes man now because the guys above him are smarter than him and they manipulate him.

This would never have happened to MON or WGS.

Take it you weren't at the Hearts game then? 3000 that sing? Jesus after the GB got started there was about 40,000 singing Victor Wanyama name around the stadium.

The full GB stand and part of the way around the North Stand were singing Boys of the Old Brigade.

To be fair, the club were never in the position of threats from UEFA under O'Neill and Strachan that they are today. It's guess work to say how any other manager would react if questioned on this particular event.

Aye, maybe for the wee Huns. In general i'm talking. Point is, it's not many in comparison. Plus the message is out now even more, i expect there to be alot less rebel songs.

Therefore, Yes. Celtic will continue without their financial contribution just fine. More people will come back if its totally gone aswell.

It is not in the managers remit to pass opinion to the media on chants and banners never mind throwing in cheap jibes about spelling. He is either being used by Lawwell or he is very naive.
