UEFA just done their job with regards to Sion.

If they had done their job this time we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Maybe you missed my previous post, but is it not FIFA that has corruption allegations and not UEFA?

Indeed. Funny thing is, I am thinking the same about Lennon. He could have communicated this better. We all known that Lennon is not always the most subtle or diplomatic of all people, but I never thought (part of) our own support would slaughter him for this.

Basically, and this applies to both sides (the banner guys and Lennon), what we have here is a failure to communicate. No big deal. We have another two games coming up in 2011, which is far more important. I am still standing 100% behind Neil Lennon.

Not all of them and I'm not trying to be condescending but out of the people I know and have personally met the ones that bang on about supporters like the Green Brigade letting Celtic down haven't actually witnessed the spectacle that the Green Brigade bring to Celtic and the songs that they sing, they just blindly follow people like Hugh Keevins.

Do you not think it could be a case of people not being anti GB, just that they want to adhere to everything the club ask? They might still like what the GB bring to the atmosphere, but have the good of the club as a priority.

couldn't agree more. i try go to the games when i'm back in the homeland, so it isn't every week. i'll watch every other game on the tv or on a stream if it isn't.

i think the GB are fantastic. the games i have been to this season, i was blown away by them. if i had the money i'd retire and be at every game to witness them. i honestly think they're as entertaining as watching the team.

however, if they are the culprits for these recent antics, they need to sort it out. the club have openly stated that they do not want this behaviour. the GB are the best representatives of our club imo and need to do so accordingly.

the green brigade singing has been praised by many and whether its them or other fans responsible whats been said and agreed is pro ira songs are distasteful to most and now especially as it can get our club into trouble

you will probably find most who object do so when a bit older and wiser with family also ,that is my reason ,i just feel its doing nothing for us as a club and there is no sense in it .
its only my opinion though but wot paul 67 says is also true imo .

You'd better get used to it mo chara as we'll not be going anywhere anytime soon.

Aye I'm still here, last one standing by the looks of it :celt_2:

Anyone seen Lennon's appraisal of the support at the weekend? I guess the imposters and pretenders didn't bother making the trip up to Perth, must have been the real fans that went.

He's got more faces than Big Ben.

If Lennon is still in charge in 10 years time, will he have the full support of the real fans again or is that the dummy spat permanently?
