It seems really tough for Ki to live in Scotland, not only on field, but also off the field.

Honestly, I just can't understand why there are so many threads against Ki, as if saying that he is the very, only problem in the team. It looks like Some people already do not treat him as a Celtic player.

There is nothing concrete in this yet, only paper talk. For the right money every player has his price. In this case than I would say sell for any player at our club.

I know Ki is, from a technique standpoint, a better player than Broony. I also know that Broony isn't everyone's cup of tea. I just happen to think that Broony does more for the team than many people realise and that he's a more useful player to have in the SPL.

Like you say, it's all about opinions.

    Sell

Great big fuss over very little for me.

A neat and tidy midfielder but not much more.

If other clubs want to pay squillions for this guy, I'll happily drive him there.

    Ki is a good player

We must keep our good players. Sell the bad ones.

    Oh look, another Ki thread.

    * off seriously.

I wouldnae trust Lennon wae a bag of gingies yet you want to sell our most valuable player and trust him to sort out what he has not in 3 years?

Never mind the ability, and the mentality of the guy and the fact he is on * all wages, and the money he generates for the club anyways.

    Complete stupidity. Honestly.

These threads now pop up every few days. Cant think what he done to deserve this one.

Some names I would rather see gone before Ki.

    Lennon
    Thompson
    Mjallby

Depends on the bids, however, if you're asking me would I rather sell Ki or Brown then it is a simple no brainer. Broony would be oot the door.

Ki has contributed more in an attacking sense in a dozen games this season than Brown has in a number of seasons.

He's good player, but, if we get a very good offer, we should seriously think about cashing in.

You could be right, but Broony is on a free soon, so we couldnt sell him. If we need to generate some cash then Ki is the obvious option at the minute.

Only has around a year and a half left on his contract so if we don't negotiate an extension within the next couple of months I would be leaning slightly towards selling him in January

We have a real bad habit of losing players on the cheap. The blame for that has to go squarely at the board. In recent seasons Nakamura, JVoH have went on a free. We failed to either sell or renegotiate Hinkels contract, and he walked just as his injury cleared up. Caldwell went for peanuts.

Now Mark Wilson and Scott Brown are near the end of their contracts.

Yet we were quick to give Samaras a contract in January!!

Every thing is subjective which makes this a silly thread. I voted keep but if we were afford £8million plus for him then I would say sell. If he stated he would not sign a new contract on wanted to move the I would say sell. For those who voted sell, would this be everyones vote if we were offered £3million and he stated he wanted to extend his contract and stay.

I don't know why you think you would get 8 million for him.

No one is going to pay that. Regardless of the talents he has. Mcgeady after 4 good years could only net us 9 million and that was because we managed to get it from Russia.

True he comes with market appeal. However. If you guys think he is not worth it, do you really expect the experts to pay up???

You like to call bullshit on tabloid rumours when they don't work in your favour. Yet you believe Harry Redknapp is going to shell out 10 mill for him. When his own fans down want him?

    Laughable.

If you read my post I also mentioned £3million. The point I was trying to make is asking whether he should be kept or sold without out providing parameters eg (fee offered) is leaving to much to each individuals opinion.

He's performed pretty well. Could be better all in all though. Every player is for sale at a price.

I wouldn't say mentality would be one of Ki's plus points, he's a heartless shitebag who hides when the going gets tough.

That might be harsh but it's the way I see it.

If we were to get good money for him the bidder's hand should be bitten off!
