I remember I was excited about Freddie too last year. That one didnt work out. But i'm more confident on this one!

 

Why are people comparing Zenden to Ljunberg? He was still a pretty good player last year at Sunderland and suddenly he's lost it? I dont really believe that. I'd like to have him at Celtic tbh. Experienced and still has quality. Bring him in.

Bolo will do great up hear imho Like some have already said,he was still doing it last season and he has looked after himself compared to most his age.

Sometimes the gods are good to older players. Look how long maldini went and inzahgi. No worries

 

I personally think he would be a great signing I know people are comparing him to Ljungberg but Zenden was still playing at a high level last year and playing well, I said at the beginning of the season we were lacking a real creative midfielder I know we have McCourt but Zenden even at 35 is a class above.

 

Difference is lubo was 33 when he came to us, zenden is 35 and is by no means anything compared to lubo, different style of players imo, do i think that zenden will be good for us??? doubt it but hope so but he will go along way to impress me and to do what lubo did on the park

 

:icon_mrgreen: You had your Ajax glasses on in the first post I reckon. But in all honesty, I think he would do well if we can pay him that is. Like someone said before...pay to play (or whatever they call it down here) would be a good construction imo. I doubt if he would go for a contract like that though.
