Well finding and signing quality players is one of the complex aspects of being a manager so what chance has Lennon got if he can't even do simple things like make a sub?.

The first sign of defeat in an argument/debate is when the other person starts repeating the same argument, even though it has already been proven wrong. It seems as though you have reached this point.

lennons subs have worked againts him sometimes.....but for example thursday night it worked a treat, was a great decision to bring hooper on and rotate the formation around

on the subject ive said it before and ill say it again,i have full trust in lennon,if we get beat tomorrow ill be * off but have you seen the squad??? really depleted team , i still beleive hes the man for the job, that last game of the season against motherwell last season was from a rookie manager in his first year of management and his second year is being fully put to the test with injurys and top players losing form,he really has had the worst possible luck, with our first 11 fit and match fit are a league winning side!

Problem with celtic spending money too, is that is seems to be an either or situation where celtic will only get a player instead of both, sort of a striker or a CB instead of both as both are required and in that sense lennon is managing with a hand behind his back when he isn't backed by the board with the players required.

In saying that not getting a CB should not be used as an excuse as to why we are 15 points behind, very poor performances have caused that gap.

has until may, that is foolish. He should walk if he cannot deliver 3 points tomorrow and have them working as hard every game as they did in mid week.

if Barnes had been irish, who knows how long he would have got.

how many players has lennon signed.

including the half team he has on loan, some of the loan players are better than the players remaining

    tough one.

I personally think the season is over as far as the title goes, so tomorrows result is irrelevant in terms of Lennys position. The question is should he be sacked for letting us get into this position. Do we change manager now and get ready for next season or do the board leave Lenny there and see how the team performs the rest of the season.

if the board do that then we will know the board have no ambition and a percentage of the fans back lenny , not for football reasons.

of course lenny should be sacked if we lose tomorrow. motherwell go 6 points clear and rangers will remain 15 points clear if it was any other manager then he would be away.

also fans should be backing Lenny not putting him under awful pressure by threatening him with the sack for getting the wrong result in some game with murderwell

    I'm undecided.

He shouldn't have got the job in the first place but who do we get in his place? And if somehow we manage to appoint a proven experienced manager [he says without a hint of sarcasm] then why in the name of Jesus did we no get one in after Mowbray?

Good luck to Lenny and the Bhoys and hopefully this thread will be closed this time tomorrow:50:

"We stand behind our leader". I want Lenny to stay in the job at least till the end of the season. There is no real point in sacking him when we are not assured of a quality manager coming in.
