Had a family do in the moathouse hotel in glasgow. Harry Hoods daughter was getting married so I got to see all of the guys from that late sixties era.Got my pictures taken with big billy and had a wee chat with him but the best bit of the night was when jinky and his wife asked to share my taxi.I was only going to sauchiehall street and they took the taxi back to uddingston. Me and jinky in a taxi on hope street singing the celtic song and the fields. By the way the wee man also did a top version of bed of roses by bon jovi

Have met loads of Players over the years, favourites have to be Billy McPhail in McDonalds just on corner of Argyll street near Central station, I was about 12, he was shocked I even knew him. Asked how I knew him and I said "you scored 3 goals in the '57 league cup final when we beat the huns 7-1" :icon_mrgreen:

Met Billy McNeill in BHS on Argyll street and several times since.

My all time hero is Danny McGrain and met him in Seville as well as another hero, Paul McStay, Willie McStay and Tommy Johnson that day.

Also had my picture taken with two players who played with Seville at that time, me and a friend were the first to stand with them and get photo taken, then people started forming a queue to have their pic with them, next minute word spread through the pub that Paul McStay was outside so the pub emptied and the two of them were left standing on their own with puzzled looks on their faces :56:

Scott Brown at a TESCO garage at my school. He was in court in Falkirk for a speeding charge. Asked him for a picture and he said "make it snappy" :56:

    Larsson - * gentleman
    Cadette - Loved the crowd
Di Canio - Stuck around for a while and made a runner for his car.
Lennon, Thommo & Hartson in the Rhinsdale at Baillieston Main Street, they looked at me and said not a chance in * you're 18 and slagged me a bit when I got caught out a while later. I was 16, sound as *.

Completely forgot I saw the entire team at Bisham Abbey a few years back when they were down here training. Got my shirt signed by everyone. Had Petrov on the back at the time so obviously got his on the back and everyone elses on the front lol I could frame it and sell it as reversible I suppose.
The best bit was getting in my Dad's car with John Clark to go get the lads some water from the local newsagents because they ran out! Think Bobo must have drank it all.
*Memories from that day flooding back now* - Remember slating John Hartson something rotten for doing less laps in twice the time as Tommy Burns. :shamrock:

Not outside Celtic park but met Lennon down the golf course at loch lomond after the Aberdeen game at the start of the year. Coming out his car, asked me how my game was and how I played. Then I asked if he was playing the Kennedy testimonial, he said 'naw ma knees are done', a said that's a poor excuse jokingly and he said, it's awright for you, your a youngster haha, just said to him fair enough then wished him good luck for his game.
