Gutted to lose the goal so late on, though.

I though Zaluska, Mulgrew, Bangura, Hooper, Kayal and Ledley were excellent.
Majstorovic really stepped it up tonight, too.

 

Terrible penalty aside, sometimes you run into a keeper that just won't let his team lose, we use to have one.

Good performance for the most part. Doing a far cry better against these teams than people thought. I think we can take the Frenchies.

Lennys tactics in the second half were *. There was no respite for the defence when we were completely overrun by a second string side. McCourt should have been the sub to hold on to the ball and give hard worked players a rest.

Maybe you should be back to your hole, where you may meet your pal Lenny.

 

absolute nonsense. the whole team were fantastic tonight, Wanyama, Majstorovic and Bangura were excellent.

same old pish when it comes to referees and our games, theres 3 officials looking at our penalty and they take about 3 minutes to make their mind up? its pathetic, whats the point in the 2 useless * behind the goal if they dont contribute a single thing to the game ?

Formation and team players all round, stand up Lenny that was the best available.

Viktor Wanyama stand up son, you were * unbelievable the night.

 

You can if you don't have a player that dives looking for a penalty and a referee that can SEE it wasn't a penalty

 

Looked a dive to me. Very little contact on the player.

 

How was it a pen? He never blocked the attacker. He brushed against the guy's side. I'd hate to see you play 5 a sides!!

The point is mate pens like that are given ALL the time all over europe.....i know that....you know that......the fans in the ground knows that......* even my * dog knows that.
so what the * was hooper doing......never mind the ref if hooper does not make contact then no pen.

The only negative I can take is that we could have had all 3 points.

Decent performance tonight - cant understand why we dont pick a team like that most weeks - no scott brown, or sammy in the team and pretty attack minded. Wont complain about the penalty cause i think big Dan was pretty lucky again. Bangura looked decent tonight with forrest in the hole seeming to work well hope we stick with it and once kelvin and izzy are fit i think we will be a much better team again.

Anyone else think Matthews was a steal?
