These problems need to be addressed and NOW. I have also leapt to Lennon's defence but I'm growing very tired of these problems now.

Lennon is scared to change his team up during a match which is what is needed. And the team selections are often not right.

The zonal marking has highlighted itself as a problem for quite a while now, the Inverness game last season too as well remember. Yet the problem fails to be addressed, after we lost the goal to Atletico in the same manner I was very concerned when I heard him say the players would not be training again and just go straight into the game at Ibrox, I understand they would all need recovery but this CANNOT be allowed to continue. Mjallby has to take blame too though, he was a great defender in his time and I can't believe he is allowing this to happen.

We've got to give Lennon more time. I said before the start of the season, he deserves another chance at Europe and needs to be in the League race by Christmas. So far, not so good however.

It's a fair point that there are a load of huns in that team who seem to love beating us, they generally seem to have more desire for these games.

I'm not sure Lennon knows what he is doing sometimes, but we must remember that we pumped the huns rotten at least twice last season and he has made very good signings like Izaguirre, Kayal, Ledley and Hooper. Today was abysmal but judge him at the end of the season.

I still think Lenny is a good manager. You don't reach 2 domestic cup finals and get your highest points tally in 6 years by luck, especially not when your life is at constant risk. However, for me he has screwed up twice, both at Ibrox. Last season he started with a clearly unfit Ledley and dropped an on form Commons. When Ledley inevitibly suffered a reoccurence of his hamstring injury and Commons came on, we started to dominate. Had Commons played from the start, we would have won. The knock on effect was that Ledley was missing for the next game, which we lost due to Izzy being exposed, which Ledley normally covers. Today, for some reason he changed a winning formation, and after we took the lead we sat back and tried to protect it. We learned the hard way that our defence is simply no good enough for us to do that. What Lenny needs to learn is that we have nothing to fear from them. They are not a good side. He focusses too much on the damage they can do to us, rather than what we can do to them. The reason Motherwell didn't have a sniff last week wasn't because we had an outstanding defence, it was because we didn't allow them to test our defence. We played that game in the final third, controlled the midfield and linked up well in attack. We can do the same against the huns. Today proved that we are weakest when we try and defend. Lenny needs to realise this.

Terrible though it is, all the stuff about the awful * Lenny has been subjected to is not a material issue when it come to management. We cant afford to let sentiment or background be a consideration. The problem is Lenny is being treated as a personification of a subculture and this is creating a logic bypass in the assessment of Lenny.

Lenny picks the players and the buck stops with him, both the performance and the result are unacceptable.

Dont want to jump on the Lennon bashing but as soon as he put Mulgrew at left back I said to my old man that it was a disaster waiting to happen as he had been walking a tightrope for ages.
I also believe he sometimes over thinks the game and should play his best 11, that way we can avoid the what ifs at the end.
Anyway we got what we desrved to today but think Lenny and the team will come good. Some of them are obviously still settling into the team, wait until we at least play them at home before losing patience.

So again ill say ..do we keep a rotten manager on out of sympathy for what dirty * are doing to him??..this is our club... we have a decent squad decent player but a clueless coach who is learning * all..

Bigger Celtic men than Lenny have got the sack from Celtic (Stein Burns ,McNeill)

Lenny please go before i actually start taking a dislike to you!

I normally slag Brown but thought he played well today.

As for us defending and showing them too much respect, to be fair it worked in the New Year's game.

    A) A BARNSTORMING FAN, WHO IS ALL PASSION BUT HAD LITTLE TACTICAL ACUMEN?

    B) A DULL AS *, TACTICAL GENIUS?

I KNOW WHO I WOULD CHOOSE.

    You lot are mental.

We didn't lose because Lennon is 'inexperienced'. That was his 9th Old Firm game, against a truly rookie manager.

Anybody who thinks we could sack Lennon and bring in a 'quality, experienced' manager is deluded. Martin isn't coming back. Neither's Strachan. I don't even think we could get Mowbray back. The reputation of Scottish football is at an all time low and after the treatment of Lennon, nobody in their right mind would want that job. If we sack Neil then, mark my words, we'll have somebody of the calibre of Peter Houston or Jackie McNamara managing our team.

For all the people saying Brown shouldn't have played, he was directly responsible for both of our goals with brilliant play. He faded in the second half, and was rightly subbed, due to a lack of fitness.

For all the people saying Stokes should have started, he had a decent amount of time against tired defenders and did absolutely nothing.

Perhaps Ledley should have started, yes. But Mulgrew played better on the left-flank than I've ever seen Ledley play. The only mistake in my eyes from Neil was not taking off Mulgrew when it was clear he was going to get red-carded - but I guarantee if Mulgrew had been taken off, people would be slagging the decision as our left-back was shocking and needed taking off.

We lost a very close game, at Ibrox, with a man down. The 4-2 scoreline is deceptive because the 4th goal was when we were stretched beyond belief at the back.

We need improvement at the back and Loovens, once again wasn't the answer, but nobody was complaining about the tactics when we were 2-1 up and cruising and it was the players that threw that lead away, not Lennon.
