Where was your opinion when he scored in the previous 3 games Metrobhoy? You are laughable.

Til Stokes proves himself as Celtic player I and many others will continue to give him pelters. He could ram it down our throat and score a hat trick against Sion. I honestly wouldn't be happier if he proved me wrong. The reality though, is that he will toil miserably in a tough european venue. We just need a better striker with a first class attitude and work ethic. Not Stokes.

without hooper he is nothing. im not blaming anything on him because when hooper is in the team he performs well but without him he is woeful and i would say "mr invisible" is actually a very fair nickname. this is the reason we badly need a new striker because we cannot be left in the position where whenever hooper is unfit everything goes to pot

Along with Ki he has been our best player this season. Far from Mr Invisible.

I'm astonished at the abuse that Stokes takes. Hard worker up front, goal scorer and more often than not the link between midfield and attack as well.

He just needs a partner upfront. One who isn't Samaras I might point out, who is incapable of linking up with a strike partner.

So a guy who averaged better than a goal every two games last season, set up more goals than any other Celtic player last season and is our top scorer this season so far is 'Mr Invisible'?

    Jesus wept.

this is no other on form goalscoring option at the moment, and this highlights this seasons major weakness. the forward line. hooper out injured and we are relying on just stokes. i hope lenny looks at whether rasmussen or A N OTHER can do a job.

The Mr Invincible that should be dropped from the team is Commons/Maj.

You must be having a laugh?!!? :97: One of the best players this and last season. He scores, he assists, he works his socks off! Really disapointed not to see him in the Irish squad. :shamrock:

He is Mr Invisible in the sense that he doesn't get enough pladits.

As the post above said, what games are you watching? :56:

hardly mr invisible, one of the only players trying, can helped being played out of position against sion, pace has dramaticly improved

He's just not the required quality that a striker at Celtic should be. The fact that he hasn't even been picked for Ireland of all teams sums it up. I agree though that he's the best of a bad bunch.
