No, we are saying without Celtic, Feruz would be struggling in a third would country. We're just pointed out the fact he's used Celtic.

To me this just sums up most players these days.

Im disappointed in him but there is he haw we can do if he want to chase the money well go for it, there is plenty of players out there that think there good enough and dont make the grade...and to be honest I dont want players at our club that dont want to play for the jersey.

If thats the way you see it, then fair enough, but i dont see it that way. I see it as Celtic helping out a family and giving them an oppurtunity. I think for tommy its more about someone being given the chance to play the beutiful game, regardless of where it is.

It's common courtesy to reward a favour by giving another favour back, but its foolish(maybe even selfish?) to expect it.

i sometimes wonder the reception kayal, izzy, hooper, ki, ledley etc etc will receive IF they move on to bigger and better things

i will guarantee here and now he wont make it and will slowly disappear from football much like liam miller ,why ,because his priorities are wrong ,at his age its important to play for the love of the game and if that love is great ,you will become great ,then the riches will follow when youre wise enuf to deal with it .

People slag Neymar's attitude but at least he stayed loyal to Santos and signed a new contract last year when Chelsea tried to nab him. He prioritized his career over money, unlike Feruz. If this is true.

In actually pains me to say this but I think Tommy Burns would be really disappointed in him if this gets confirmed.

Lad who covers Chelsea on the si games forum , Normally spot on with Chelsea info calls the source 100% looks like this is nailed on .

:47:The lad should be ashamed after what Tommy done for him he could have at least gave us till 19/20 here then moved on at a much bigger fee if he made it.

    * like Chelsea can turn heads 2.5k a week at 16 is a lot of dosh and then a pent house tops it all off .

100% agree, at least he had a chance to play for our first team.

Doubt we'll ever hear from him ever again.

Peaked at 23, if you ask me.

I hate threads like this. People slating a young boy because some mysterious source says he's offski. At least have the courtesy to wait until something official or something more concrete than "my reliable source" surfaces before calling the kid a mercenary.

If the boy is going to walk out on us and go to Chelsea then he is a * little rat as far as I'm concerned. After everything Tommy Burns did for Feruz and his family for him to just walk out on Celtic at this stage would be ungratefulness at it's ugly worst.

I'll be really * off if this story turns out to be true, and if it is true I hope he doesn't make it as a player.

This story has come up on 2 or 3 different occasions now though. That makes me suspicious that there is some truth in it. I have heard from someone I trust that things aren't quite as they should be with Feruz but I can't say who or where I heard it.(and yes I know it's annoying when people do that - sorry).

My source suggests that @scotzine is wrong and Feruz isn't leaving #Celtic for #chelseafc. We shall see.

2.5 grand a week at 16 ? Don't say you wouldn't. Although me personally or us would prob stay coz we are Celtic fans and know what tommy done for the club.
