I took that, yeah, but I mean how much would you get for Miller and Zurawski combined? £5million complete tops. You want to buy 2 better strikers than them two for £5million? Don't see it.

I doubt we'd get that unless some dafties in England take them. I don't think Miller would go anyway.

But you can get good players cheap.... sometimes.

I think we paid £650k for the King of Kings and for the same money back in the 1980s we paid that for Martin Hayes!

Exactly my point on the money side of things, I just made up a decent figure. Yeah, that is very true...but how often do you see things like that happening? Unfortunately once in a blue moon:54:

Well I am hoping that the board can pleasantly surprise us again and make good signings to really hammer home our advantage over TFOD and to keep on progressing in Europe. I might be wrong but I do feel Lawell and the others are genuinely ambitious. I think they have backed Strachan quite well and hopefully they will believe WGS can take us further in Europe and continue to do so. We are not far off being good enough for the semis. We can * do it with a couple of shrewd signings. MON THE HOOPS

No-one in the EPL will buy Zuraswki he's too lightweight and lacks aggression however Miller could be snapped up by a lower EPL team

Millers hardly a big bulky person either. If we gave Zurawski Millers engine then we'd have a much better player, but unfortunately we can't. I just feel that his finishing is better than Millers, so he should be valued higher.

If I was a EPL manager trying to keep my team in the EPL I certainy would not even think of buying Zuraswki however Miller would be worth a buy with his work rate etc:celt_2: :shamrock:
