Another excellent performance from Ki today. Finally we have a really true quality creative player now in our central midfield. We have been missing that in our team for so long. To be fair to Ki when you remember just how young he is it must have been very hard for him at first to adjust to such a big move both culturally off the field and style of football on the field when he came first. But he looks like he has firmly come to grips with the physical side of the spl and is begining to become a vital part of our team.

Funnily enough, when I was writing the Lubo piece for the news section before the legends game recently, the thought naturally occurred of what if we had've got Lubo 10 years earlier... In many ways I see Ki as potentially being that player.

I admit I was not his biggest fan but I have no shame in admitting I was wrong about him, he has been terrific and could go right to the top, hope he continues to improve with us for a couple of more years, then if we have to sell him we'll get millions for him

What a player he is. He must start every week. Hard to drop somebody though.

Another really impressive stand out performance from Ki today. Seems to be getting better and better each time I see him.

He was quality again today, one thing he has got in abundance is great spatial awareness. Always knows who is around him and what passes are on.

Ki's early season form is quite an exciting development. The thought of him playing the way he's playing and Kayal playing, the way he played in the second half of last season, alongside him really does whet the appetite.

With all these injuries we seem to be getting we need something to cheer us up and Ki's form is doing that.

People's opinion of this guy is up and down like a yo-yo on here. Really started to show what he was capable of towards the tail end of 2010 when he looked our standout player around November/December before the Asian Cup. So it's nice to see him starting to really impose himself on the team. He's looked a class act so far this season, bossing games which has been a big addition to his game.

Also incredible how confident he is striking the ball. His goal today reminded me of his one against St Johnstone at Parkhead last year, absolutely hammering it into the top corner with ease when a more low key finish would have been just as effective. Nice to see.

He looks like he will develop in the next year or two into a really top MF. I mean big EPL and European clubs will be after him. I actually think he could be a bigger star than Kayal in future. Sadly I think we need to enjoy them while we can because I think around the 2 years left on the contract mark we will sell if they dont extend. I cant see them wanting to stay at Celtic for more than a couple of seasons.

Nice to see some of the people who were slagging him off eating their words on here.

    As I said last month...

I think Ki will go on to be the best out of all our players and will play for one of the top teams in Europe. Xabi Alonso at Ki's age couldnt have been much better than Ki is..

    &

Been watching all games. Ki's intelligence on the pitch, touch, control, vision, passing, shooting, crossing is not bettered by any other player in the squad. Ki is total football.

i will say he can receive and pass a ball in one fluid movement and rarely wastes a pass .
