    Dear Supporter

As Celtic's Official Travel Partner, Thomas Cook Sport receive an allocation of tickets to run official charters in conjunction with Celtic FC. It is planned that we will be on sale with travel packages to the UEFA Champions League first knockout round late Friday 15th December, after the draw has taken place.

We anticipate a high demand for seats on our charters and as a result we will be offering priority booking to those Supporters who have travelled with Thomas Cook Sport for all 3 group stage matches. The priority period will run until 1700 hrs on Wednesday 20th December.

Supporters who have travelled with Thomas Cook Sport for 2 matches, 1 match and those who have not previously booked with Thomas Cook Sport for any of the group stage matches are advised to apply for a travel package once sales commence, however, confirmation will not be given until after Wednesday 20th December.

Confirmations will be actioned in order of which supporters travelled to most matches with Thomas Cook Sport. This offer extends only to Thomas Cook Sport's allocation of tickets from Celtic FC, which will be a percentage of the allocation the Club receives from its opponent's.

To book a package once they go on sale please call 0870 752 0924 (Monday-Friday 09.30-17.00 hrs) or see the web-site link below:

Anyone else get an email because I know a few of you went with Thomas Cook?

Easyjet and Air Berlin will be better options for flights to London, both fly to Stansted like Ryanair do but more conveniently they fly from Glasgow International apposed to Ryanair who use Glasgow Prestwick.

Also examples there will take you to other airports in the country ie, Grenoble and not Lyon and Frankfurt and not Munich, direct flights to these places are available from Glasgow, just not with Ryanair so best look around before you book.

Frankfurt is the other side of Germany from Munich and Bercelona is a good 4/5 hour train ride from Valencia, Alicante is less than an hour from Valencia.

I have never compared prices for a DIY package and the Thomas Cook paged but as an example, I can get a return flight to Berlin from Glasgow with Easyjet for £40 including all taxes and charges. Train fares in Germany are about a quarter of what we pay here in the UK, and accommodation, you can get a “standard” class room from around £30pppn from Alpha Rooms.

Including everything you could get that for around £100. Always bargains out there, its just knowing where to look.:50:

Going by the wording in your e-mail jonny there will only be priority to people who have travelled to ALL 3 games.
If you read it mate it says that people who went to 2 games ,1 game or no games can apply for a package AFTER the priority period.
I might be wrong mate but thats the way it sounds in the 3rd paragraph as it goes

"Supporters who have travelled with Thomas Cook Sport for 2 matches, 1 match and those who have not previously booked with Thomas Cook Sport for any of the group stage matches are advised to apply for a travel package once sales commence, however, confirmation will not be given until after Wednesday 20th December"

So it sounds like you only get priority if you went to ALL 3 games and everyone else(people who went to 2 games 1 game or no games) are all in the same boat and can buy tickets when the priority period is over and they go on sale:50:

nah mate this is how they work it.....

people who have been to 3 games defo get tickets but people who have been to 2 or 1 or none games apply however, there will be a ballot and people who have been to the 2 games will get tickets before people who have been to 1 or 0 games

This probably will not even matter mate because AC will give us a big allocation
