A lot of us hold to the concept that defense starts at the front, I am very disapointed in Zurawski, Jerosik, and not so much McGeady today but he did lose possesion a lot which is NOT good, also our midfield was at sixes and sevenses, sure hope GS takes this game as an example that we certainly need to strengthen, hopefully in January.
Sure we have good players on the injury list, however thats as good as not having them, so lets see what happens?

 

Second half was terrible. Jarosik and Zurawski are no use. Their work-rate was terrible. Gave the midfield no options!

 

i hope neil lennon starts havin a fight with more celtic players for not gettin stuck in cos aiden mcgeady was puttin brillant tackles in everywhere he had a lot of heart today and is really maturin and showin bravery, top marks!

Oh and by the way, I don't think we've gotten any penalties at all this season, except the Copenhagen match. Dirty refs rearing their blue nosed heads again

McGeady showed real heart and for the size of him he isn't scared of no-one see him squaring upto Fergushun.
Can't wait until JVoH comes back Magic was useless today I seen at the most 1 shot on goal from him.

zurawski and jarosiks performances today made the whole team look average.

naka and mcgeady in particular.

how many times did mcgeady get the ball and there was noone making a run ahead of him down the line? He was then crowded out.

Probably a fair result over the whole game, but if we'd have scored that stonewall penalty, I don't think they would have come back from two down. Ref was also wrong not to book Smith for his challenge on Miller, as much a booking as McGeady and McManus'.
I though Boruc, Naylor and McManus were fantastic today, McGeady was good in patches, Magic ran his * off and Jarosik played quite well, Bobo was solid. Not too unhappy at the end of the day.

 

I totally agree. Jarosik simply does not do enough and I'm not even sure if zurawski knows what the 6 yard box looks like.

 

Right , looking back on the game it was a good result for us , anything apart from a loss today was gonna be good . ..Did anyone see the first real tackle of the game involving McGeady & Hutton , surprised no-one has said something , The Wee stamp on McGeady by Hutton after the ball had gone .....Gravs goal was a delight ..The Penalty ,oh yes the ref never gave it , we should be used to this by now and at the end of the day it cost us the 3 points . So we had to settle for 1 point which under the circumstances (the pitch) we couldnt play our normal game , it is a good result .....

The Huns Travel to the Sheep next week trailing them by 2 points so maybe next week will be the week when we go 19 points clear and the Orcs will be languishing in 3rd place 5 points behind the sheep ..

 

Im happy with a draw cos Rangers played quite well in the 2nd half but if we had got that penalty and scored it they wouldnt have got back in it. Jarosik and Magic were poor in the second half but they didnt receive any support or delivery from our midfield in the second half. 16 points clear Hail Hail
