After watching that shambles tonight I think it is clear we need at least 2 centre backs a left back (back up) and a striker

    NO MIDFIELDERS PLEASE!!!

Id start with the clear out before we get players in. Hooiveld, Glenda, Sammy. Cant get rid of murphy yet but id like to see a big no nonesense centre half who takes NO *!!!

I honestly think we need 2 strikers cos Murphy and Samaras are pish and that leaves Hooper and Stokes and Hooper's crocke just now so that leaves Stokes

Lennon just said on radio that he hopes to sign a centre half, a right back and a striker now that Hooper is "out for a long time".

    No major clear out needed.

tweak the squad - get defenders in that can defend and possibly a winger and a CF. that is all.

I personally think we could be doing with getting rid of 6-8 of the squad and bringing in 3-4 better players.
    Possibly 2 CB's, RB, ST

On Sunday Lenny may aswell pick 11 guys from the stand(if there's that many ther:icon_mrgreen:) cos there'd be so much more desire and passion in that than our current squad

we are seeing the results of an unsettled squad ,to many players have passed through celtic park since wee strachans last year ,and we still not able to field a settled team from chopping and changing all the time , also on top of that we have a young inexperienced team with no real captain ,the reason we are being inconsistent or consistently average .

Get rid of the manager... he has done a good job imo.. its always the easy way out to blame the manager if a player has a bad ga,e or a bad day at the office.

I think Lenny will go for Shechter. Or maybe Shahdon Winchester? he was meant to be dynamite in his trial at the club.

I would bring in a central defender, a right back, a winger and a striker.

I would clear out Loovens, Hooiveld, Cha, Crosas, Samaras and anyone else that Lennon isn't going to give a chance to or isn't going to positively influence our season.

I'm not just jumping on Cha after tonight's performance, because it wasn't exactly his worst but he's never a footballer in a million years. The man should have been a sprinter, he's fast and he's got a great engine on him, he's woeful with a football at his feet, really terrible.

I wouldn't lose any sleep if Murphy left either in all honesty, again - not just after tonight's performance.

Regular clear outs every 6 month havent worked for us. Disrupts the team and just aint the answer IMO.

I agree we need to strengthen but no buying for the sake of it or selling for the sake of it.

Defense = priority. After that im confident we have enough attacking qualities to score enough in the SPL if we keep the back door shut. (although a winger and striker would be nice - not to comprimise for a defender - no way IMO)
