I'm sorry? Your reply doesn't make sense, I was talking about the way you replied to PaddyBhoy. Are you trying to say that your passion for the club causes you to tell other members to shut up for speaking their opinion? Because that's not passion, that's just being a * *.

    You're right!

Let's get rid of Neil Lennon and bring in another manager, lets have another change of tactics and formation, lets have another clear-out of the players this manager that comes in doesn't rate, lets have this new managers style of players brought in as well

Lets have another gelling process, lets have yet another season ending with us all saying "the team needs time to gel" and the trophy ultimately ending up at Ibrox.

    Seems like a bullet-proof idea.

We're fast to slate the team for having no fight and yet a lot of members here are very close to admitting defeat already, if Lennon is not replaced.

It's highly unlikely Lennon will be sacked before the end of the season, whether you think Lennon's the right man to win us this title or not, at least give him a fighting chance, by backing him and the team. I'm behind Neil Lennon until the end of the season, at least.

    Keep the faith.

    Fair enough mate:50:

Perhaps a more experienced man is needed at the helm, such as an Allardyce or Curbishley and let Lennon go and learn his craft elsewhere...ala Lambert?

I admire Lennon for having the balls and love of this club to offer his services however!

the celtic job isnt like most jobs ! there is only 2 teams in scotland so you are either 1st or you are last ! so if you dont win the league then i reckon there is a very good chance that you will not be the manager the next season unless you have shown the board something that makes them believe you will be able to turn it round the following season. im sorry but lennon has shown absolutly nothing !!

Some of us, quite a large proportion of us were against Lennon being appointed in the first place because he was and is a novice. 15/15 league wins mean sweet * all if we win nothing again this year.Humped out of the Scottish Cup by baggy minnow Ross County. Humped by Braga and Utrecht. Humped by Rangers and Hearts this year, and three home draws in a row. Are you content with that ? Or are you one of these guys that like to be as selective in their debate, whilst ignoring the present facts,
It's one thing being supportive of the manager, but it is quite another being blind to his glaring and accumulating deficiences as a manager as we are left looking at gifting Ranger's 3IAR.

As Much as i want Lennon to succeed was this not another BIG CHALLENGE tonight to put pressure on Rangers and go to the top of the league !! Getting a tad familiar is it not . Ross County,Utrecht,Rangers,Hearts,Kilmarnock .....Sorry but watching that shambles of a side just now does not fill me with any hope. There is no FIGHT,LEADERSHIP, not the sort of side you want going to ibrox and trying to get a result. If they cant handle the pressure just now what will it be like on Jan 2nd.

aye but you dont give one of the top jobs in football to someone based on a guess that he might be great in a few years. That is pure blind hope and faith. We got to be more hard headed. Also, so many clubs have made the mistake of courting popularity by appointing club legends as manager. Personally I think we should avoid that like the plague. MON, WGS and Wim are the only managers who have won the league for Celtic in the last 20 years. All were very experienced and had no close connections with the club prior to appointment.

Half the Celtic fans these days seem to think we have a divine right to win every game and every league title. We don't. If we act like complete idiots and sack the manager every year, which is what we are doing, not only is it counter productive but it makes us look * stupid. It is more important to build for the future and give the manager a chance to show us he can become a great manager I watched Celtic with 30,000 of my fellow supporters during the huns 9nro. I never heard as much * during all that time as I hear now.

I would like to revamp 'fritz a grand ol team' as its a bit old and cheesey, needs some fat beats
Its not looking good for him, honestly I just think hes brought in the wrong players and playing the wrong tactics, I like the gu and have respect for what hes done in the game, but I would rather have someone in who knew what they were doing.. our shape is all wrong, if there is a shape, the team is never settled.. he busy guys like kapo and juarez and doesnt play them then signs Darrel Murphy.. im sorry I think I would rather play Eddie Murphy up front rather than him.

The only ones who are backing Celtic just now are the * idiots like myself who turn up on a night like tonight to back the team and by looking about me it was more like 20,000 fans there not the so called loyal fans on here, I don't want him sacked because it would be a waste of time unless there is someone waiting in the wings to take over, which I doubt, but with our performance up till now I don't want him here next year.

This has not just been since we have lost games or drawn we have been scraping thro games for much longer.

They instil a spirit and never say die attitude that makes them unique , there teams never know when they are beaten and even right down to there work rate , positioning sense and team effort , They prove you do not have to play the most fantastic football week in week out to win the league , you have to able to grind out wins and be comfortable in doing so , without this key asset both of them would never have won so much in there time as managers .

Lennon lacks this and every one here bangs on about how we have to play this fantastic attacking football and be like Arsenal and win * all ?

If Wenger had even half of what Jose and Fergie have Arsenal would be able to win something yet he is too thick to fix the key issues within his squad season after season.

I didn't choose to support Celtic. I did not pick a team who I thought would always win everything. This is the attitude of an arrogant support, the type the fans of small teams who win * all hate, and no wonder.
