I do agree on the stewards and on the board! There has to be atmosphere at a football game, especially at CP, a place world famous for it's atmosphere!!!
And yes, it would be good to have a team of players who knew what wearing the jersey was all about but unless you're brought up in the Celtic way that's not going to happen!!!
When buying players these days you have to go for players who have winning mentalities, which means players that are used to winning, which means going to Eastern Europe, etc, etc as we can't afford to raid EPL, La Liga, etc, etc for winners!!!

Do you want a spiral of new managers year after year? New team after new team?

There are plenty of good experienced managers out there who would at least make a fight of what is left of this league. Sam Allardyce for example. The football make not be very pretty but Sam at least knows how to put together a tough and combative team to fight for the cause. Big Sam is available.

Why not give him a ring and see if he is interested ?

How fickle are the fans.....we fail this season we should sack Lennon? The Celtic fans drove out our best manager for decades now they want instant success with our new manager. I don't give a * about the league this season....changing the manger every season is just daft. Neil should be given 3-4 years no matter where we end up ( unless we are relegated). No doubt we will have to go back to 35,000 - 40,000 at CP however thats no bad thing.

For me this is what happens when once again the board go and take the cheap options with Manager and back room and staff and players ,
The * roadshow brainwashed everyone into buying into the Lennon factor and all these big massive players that was going to come in the door and how the club was going in the right direction what * direction we are stuck in reverse ,

He is not ready for this job yet far too early he is making far too many school boy mistakes , can not even set up the * team right , everything from slections to tactics is wrong then subs he has not got a clue and everyone can point fingers at refs etc all they want too ,

but the Lennon is looking more lost than Tony the clueless clown . :38:Sad to say this but i wish Lennon would do the right thing and walk away now rather than force the board to act and sack him .

i do not think he should even be given the funds in jan to even try fix things he has not for me improved the main problems within this squad , izzy and Hoops are the only players he bought that have worked out the rest are average and dire .

doctor venglos, ten days ago you posted this..................

And now after one more dodgy result you post up this.......................

To be honest I just can't take you seriously. If we win a match you think we'll win the league but then as soon as we draw/lose a match you want Lennon's * booted out the door.

    Laughable in all honesty.

what really annoyed me in the summer was people tried very hard to persuade themselves that there was justification for appointing Lenny over say a much more experienced SPL coach, usually taking the line that if they cant have an EPL experienced manager then they may as well just go for Lenny. That just made no sense at all and was all about Lenny the legend player really. There is a world of difference between Lenny and guys like Jeffries, Levein, Craig Brown etc. Lenny is light years behind them in know-how even if they are not from the top drawer. I personally think someone like Craig Brown would have been excellent. I think Lenny did bring in some good players but he is not experienced enough in any other areas of the game.

aye good idea, just leave it how it is, so yous can all go on a mad rant, greetig because we've drawn three games, which fair enough isn't acceptable.

but it's no the end of the world, and the fact is we're 2 points behind rangers, albeit they've got a game in hand, but it's no gimme, we've also got to play them another 3 times!!!!!!.

settle down, give him a chance he's had to turn around a whole team, no an easy thing to do.

its a sad day when you agree with me !! lol i spotted last season when lennon had the team he didnt seem to have a clue what he was doing. i didnt want him to get the job in the summer and he has done nothing to convince me otherwise since. his singings havnt been good enough and his tactics are shocking ! i havnt waited till after we have had a bad result to air my opinions about lennon and his team, iv been consistent since the summer. iv been accused of being negative countless times on here but maybe now you are all seeing what iv seen for a long time! being a celtic legend doesnt make you a good manager so how long do we carry on with him when he just doesnt seem to be learning at all????

He may be inexperienced but lets keep him in the deep end for another year surely by then he'll know how to swim :bbpd:

I wanted to keep the abuse out of this, as fighting amongst ourselves is not the way to go, but you truly are an idiot!

I do not blame our entire downturn on the fans, as clearly the lack of funding from the board, Mowbrays appointment, buying the wrong players with the little money given to the manager, has had a bigger impact. What I am saying is that the fans do not help. If anything, these days, they make matters worse!!!

I, like all true Celtic fans, only want to see us winning and doing so while properly supporting the team!!!

My point is aimed at a getting a reaction, which has obviously worked!!! Now take all that energy you have, parcel it up and save it for the next game, then unleash it by singing your heart for 90 mins!!!

Now for the other 60,000!!! :bbpd:
