Agreed mate, you've got to change between 1 or maybe 2 formations at the most and try and keep the same team if possible with maybe 1 or 2 changes. But lennon makes big changes to selection and it seem he has tried every formation in the book, comes across as a man running out of ideas to me. I think Lennon thinks he is playing football manager to be honest

You build your chemistry by stickin with the same team ano we dont have alot but we can improve it but were not.. we chop and change and mess with the formation and thats what i think cost us the game today

He changed the team before the old firm and it cost us aswell

He shouldn't have got the job. He was a rookie a novice. You don't hand a rookie the Celtic job especially after Rangers have won the last two leagues.

    Really?

I could've sworn I remembered us getting beat 5-0 off Artmedia Bratislava.

And then going on to win three-in-a-row, and reach the CL knockout phase twice running, under the very same manager. :50:

Lucky we never lost the head at the first sign of adversity and sacked him, eh?

I agree with continuity, but he will learn from this. How's he to know what won't work until he sees that it isn't working. It's not as if he was changing a winning team. He was looking for freshness, something different.

Can't say that costed us on the O.F. given the fact we took the lead and played well in the first half (made no difference to us then). And the daft deflections and referee!

Same senario here Spurs,I know a few fans who support them, they went thro * signings and managers then they get Redknapp what a transformation, watched them on wed it was a joy to watch their passing play and how he has turned them round but that is from a real manager who can motivate and knows how to read players and change things around.

We all wanted it to work. But being a Celtic man is not enough by itself. You need to have experience, man management skills, tactical savvy, and a native intuitive feel for the game.

Especially against arguably the greatest huns manager of all time. As I have said the Celtic job would of been a difficult job for the very best managers this season.

Seen the money he's spent at Spurs though? and what he had inherited off of the other boss compared wi what lennon was left with

    ^

This Rangers side are harder to beat than that one. They won 8 or 9 in a row this season remember. As much as we are stuttering, how often does that happen, that our rivals go that well too?!

Read ma post. We took the lead and were dominating. Tactics were fine as we were playing well. Then we were poor with Loovens and Forster making mistakes and then, that penalty decision! Tactics were fine as we were winning in the game. Silly errors and referee cost us

stop talking nonesense we did not play well at all, and we get all this * he will learn from his mistakes, this has been going on for months and still he * about with our team, he is making the same mistakes as TM, keeps changing the team so we don't know who the * is going to play where in the team, get him too * now before we go the same as last year, which we are heading big time.
