Why is there suddenly a shout for NL out when it's been the same inexperienced Manager in charge of the same set up for months. Can somebody please tell me how are we better off under NL than we were under TM?
There is now a shout about 'why don't the full backs defend? Why do our CB's make mistakes? Its because Cha and Izzi were signed as attacking full backs and cost little if anything and Charlie was signed because he could take free kicks and corners and played
left back and cost nothing. So why are our CB's making mistakes? Because they are
having to do their jobs and cover for our marauding full backs. So either the FB's are doing their own thing or they are following instructions.
Midfield? We are in a league, which by European standards is poor and £3m to us is like £20 down south. So tell me any Manager in the Premier League that would spend £20 on a player, an International Player - apart from the Big Money Clubs who spend £20m for fun - and then have him spend most of the time sitting on the bench?
Whilst we may disagree on whether NL should or go - and by the way, I didn't read the same loud noises this time last year suggesting TM should - but can we agree that a Manager of a team should lead/inspire. Then who was that miserable 'hoodie' who took the Press Conference yesterday? Maybe David Cameron had NL in mind when he said we
    should 'hug a hoodie'.
Sorry but for me NL has been given a free rein, brought in 11 players and his own staff and has fallen short when it matters most, e.g. Ross County, Europe and the Gers plus we are coming unstuck now that we are playing Clubs for a 2nd time and they know what we are about.
NL might be a great Manager someday but like all great Managers they need to learn their trade either at smaller clubs or under the guidance of an experienced Manager.

Dont think sacking him is the answer, i think he should be given to the end of the season. The defense is going to have to be sorted in jan window conceeding to many goals. I hope the board dont make the same mistake as last time and not buy wisley in the jan window because we cant be gifting the huns the league come on dundee utd

How do u make that one up mate I follow my team 100% and have backed Lennon from day one it's been clear to see that inexperience is costing Lennon and us. It's would of been a hard job for anyone to get us back on track this season, the inexperience is showing though and that's worrying. If Lennon is to have a better chance at winning anything this season he needs to go down the mentor route again.

TrueTim67, I see what you're saying mate, those defeats you just mentioned there all hurt like *, but I firmly believe Neil Lennon is the man for this job and the right man to take us forward. He's had to completely rebuild the side after Mowbray ripped it apart and to me, the majority of Lenny's signings have impressed me.

After the Hearts defeat, I was praying the lads would pick themselves up and go on another run of wins and sadly that's not quite worked out but I seriously believe Lennon's going to turn this around. :shamrock:

Dont want to even think the unthinkable that Aberdeen might take points of us next week :97: - We will be under some pressure going to Ibrox in Jan should we drop more points.

i dont think lennon should go, but he was today and not for the first time shown to be niaeve. the 3-5-2 was,nt looking pritty but it was grinding a result out the c/b knew there jobs with three at the back, we were under pressure, but lennon should of stuck to it. at the end of the day its not about missed chances when we,re 2-0 up. 3-5-2 is the way to go. especially if izzy and wilson are fit. paddy looked better floating of the front two. murphy had a stinker and if u ask me he,s not good enough.

What's up Doc? - Cor, that's been over an hour now, and no response.

"Five points out of fifteen" my spotless *.

I hope you're not overdoing those double lattes while drafting your graciously-worded apology. :50:

I hope to * you're right mate let's just say I'm very frustrated at the moment to say the least, we seen to be blown ourselves in the foot at every opportunity this season again, just the same as we did last season. Today was harder to take than Utrecht away for me personally. Just the way he changed his formation at the start of the game just seemed to me like he hasn't got a clue tactically. My knowledge of football is to keep the same team and formation as much as possible breads success. He seems out of his depth to me but I do hope to * I'm wrong.

The real worry is lenny doesnt seem to realise that a 1-0 or 2-1 win is all thats needed who gives a * if we,re playing attacking sexy football all the time !! Sometimes you have to shut up shop when a setback like dans badpass occurs , just say * it lets bring on another defensive player and hold what we,ve got .So far lenny has been unable to set out a team to defend properly and no matter how much we respect him as a club great he cant afford to float along without getting it sorted !! Already we,re looking for favours from other teams and hoping on 2 or 3 players getting back from injury asap to give us a lift very worrying times for me !!

He just needs to hurry and find a settled team.the problem he has created is he has ki and ledley in midfield with 3 players in brown kayal and Juarez looking to fill those roles.if the last 4 or 5 games don't tell him we need 3 in the midfield then he will never learn as we are being totally overran against teams like st mirren and caley.he also made the same mistake every manager we have does.why don't they ever shore up our * defence .the money spent on either Juarez or kayal could have plugged that cb

might as well give him til the end of the season - if we don't wn it don't renew his deal. Sacking him now means a new manager with new ideas and new signing targets midway through the season - would be disruptive and we'd lose the title anyway.

The team has definitely lost its way over the last few weeks but no way should lenny be sacked. Im not too keen on the 3-5-2 formation, we need to get back playing like we were before the infamous Dundee United game using a 4-4-2.

    dont be so * daft.

what you want us to do? sack another manager - rip the heart out of another team - bring in hundreds a players in then sell a host of others.

give over. Talking about Knee-jerking! This should not even come accross people's minds. We need continuity and any change would be detrimental. We have a good foundation of players, we just need to re-establish our favoured, tactics and starting line-up etc.. We'll be ok soon enough. It's not all to do with Lennon, so many variables can come into it man!
