I think playing one up front is just gonna invite United ontop of us. I think the outlet of a second striker is more valuable than the extra man in midfield!

4-5-1.. with 4 from midfield supporting jvoh as much as possible when we break.... especially the 2 wider men mcgeady and miller.

 

This season prior to the signing door closing, I admit I am happy with the people running the club, and that has to include getting good money for Petrov.
However hearing about the possible injuries of Caldwell, McManus, and Naylor, I feel they were redundant and somewhat negligible, in not signing a significant central defender.
Hopefully this will be addressed when the January window opens?

lennon will play thats a fact ... only holding midfielder and his experience is much needed in the CL ..... and has already played 1 game with gravesen so far ... no point in pumping jarosik in thier atm( unless Naka dropped for Jiri) but dunno ... also if u played Jarosik instead of lennon .. gravesen would have to adopt DM role from Madrid .. wich aint happening.... would completely change the midfield again .. wich we cant afford to chop and change to much now ... try and get a settled team .... only swap id make is miller starts instead of zurawski. ( in my opinion).

 

ha ronaldo isnt in the lineup, so there'll be no LUCKY goals dis time!

Central - The Sports bar in Haymarket has about 35 screens, they show everything and it will be chock full of all teams supporters.

i'm a utd fan who just thought i would intorduce myself and discuss the upcomming game. really looking forward to the CL this year as were playing for our reputation in europe after last years abysmal effort.

Gonna be a good tonight, although i think we may just have to much tonight for you at home, as long as fergie doesn't tinker with the line-up as we have a big big game against the * on sunday.

two great clubs going head to head for the 1st competitive time. would be nice if we finish 1st and 2nd in our group

soooo lookin forward to this. Hope we give a better account of Scottish football than the huns did a few years back. Being honest, we're going for 2nd spot so we'll be looking for Man U to hammer the other two teams.
I will say though, we're at our best when we're behind so if there's only a goal in it with 10 mins to play, we could cause an upset.
