    Don't know, if it's a loan paying 1.5m is a bit much, i'd rather pay more and get him on a permanent till he retires (3, 4 years left in him imo)

    it cant be a loan if he's taking a 50% wage cut. that means he's taking a 50% wage cut to sign permanetly. If it was a loan it would just be us paying 50% of his wages.
