I'd love to see mcgeady playing. Say what you like about him, he is attack minded and that's what we need.

The only problem I see in that team is I can't see any one play a 40 yard pass that splits the defence. Also I don't thnk cha is as good a defender as hinkel but good otherwise

Ledley is more a goal threat than brown, let ledley push up and help mcgeady and mccourt, let juarez sit back.

But, well. I gonna be wrong on this one. But McGeady, Fortuné and Hooper should be played.

I don't base my opinion on one game. He's originally a left midfielder, before he was used as central midfielder for Cardiff City. I have no problem to play him left so far.

Whoever Lennon plays, Hopefully he uses these games to figure out his best team for the return leg. Too many imposters showed up on Wednesday and they need to be flushed out.

Yes thats what was written in the papers anyway, had to go home to sort out the final paperwork, just like Cha and Juarez had to do.

Hinkel , Loovens , Hooiveld ,Misun

    Juárez ,

    McGeady , Ledley , Brown (c)

    Fortuné , Hooper

I would put Misun in before Mulgrew, simply because Mulgrew had a terrible game the other night and did not impress in any of the Pre season friendlies, where misun did, very athletic and strong and can actually keep a ball in the park when he passes it. From what i have seen of jaurez he would be suited just sitting in front of the defense until such times as Kayal is ready to slot in there. Ledley has to be center as he seems wasted out wide, which in turn means brown to the left( i know not his best position ), he's better in the team just now than not i think. and give Hooper a chance up front, lets see what he's got.

Imposters ???? It was there first competitive game and it's virtually a new team, they need time to gel. I think we should give them all the support we can and give them time to get used to playing together. I think too many people are quick to jump on there backs. Let's wait and see ghuys.
