Who the * said jarosik was our worst signing ever, he was fantastic for us?

(St Johnston as well when he came on scored, changed the game and set up the other goals)

I think Mccourt offers more to us. He hasnt got much to show for it because he hasnt been given a big enough chance.

TBH i never really rated Jarosik, but not because he wasn't Irish/Scottish/Celtic man whatever. I do like McCourt because he is a Celtic man but i wouldn't call for him to be in the team before someone else because of this, but because of his footballing talents.

and you dont think there is good reason why he doesnt get chosen? He said himself he has fitness issues and hopes he will build it up and get more chances this season. He is not consistent enough imo

He said that he had fitness issues when he first JOINED the club but he has now came out and said that he has worked on it, which is clearly evident by the fact that he is now lasting near-enough full games.

He said he had a fitness problem when he joined, he played almost 3 full games in 6 days in preseason, there is nothing wrong with his fitness

the reason for pre-season games is to get you physically prepared for the up-coming season.

Fair point, abilitywise yes, but its still 90 mins of running around on a pitch with the pressure off to show what you can do, sammy can be a good player if hes pulls his finger out and if mccourt is given more football he will show what he can do as well. His fitness isnt a problem anymore.

They have been ok..wouldnt say they were that competitive....some have been fairly pedestrian. No complaints on standard of opposition though
