What's happened to all the signings???

All the players who aren't at the world cup are on holiday just now.

Not much ye can do really.

 

This might sound a bit mad, but I also get really worried and moan when we dont sign players early, I would just feel so much better if we had a player signed! I understand there's no point in just signing players for the sake of it but some deals (Ledley, Campbell, Bullard) should not take long to complete, really want some news regarding transfer's this week. Does anyone else feel much better when that first player is brought in? Or is it just me being daft :icon_mrgreen:

 

Why has all the media,papers,TV,Radio etc all came out for Lennon,yet they all hated him and never stood up for him during all his troubled times and all the bigotry he got from fans across Scotland?
Yet now he is the man for Celtic and do they have double standards?2 faced *

 

Yes we just have to get behind our great leader like we did with TM

 

because they'll be wanting inside info from him and reckon if they butter him up he'll play ball.
for me the quicker our club and players bring back the smell the glove mentality the better.
the press virtually requested the sfa ban loovens for a nothing tackle on edu.
and thats only one instance were the press use their weight to influence decisions. the press are scum.

 

Who's fault is it? the * we are in,they are the ones who say what gets done all over our Club,we are going * backwards.

 

Isn't that the same tactics Murray used?.......and now they are paying the price. Sure they had some success and the huns enjoyed their day in the sun with the signings,,,,,,,,But now look at them.....Begging for a buyer, wolves at the door and liquidation a possibility. The fact of the matter is, like it or not....We as a club and any other SPL team cannot afford and are therefor unable to entice the big name players. The board did a magnificent job getting us Keano for a spell and Bellamy in the past...those kind of deals are all we can hope for given the financial situation. I wish to * this wasn't the case but it is...We all need to learn to live with it and get behind the players who do come in and who do us a turn.

When was the last time we were linked with somebody MAJOR...the day before season ticket deadline day.

It happens every year, so I dont understand why people are getting upset about it. The names banded about were only for the club to make money out of Season tickets...nothing else

 

Why not try being critical towards them when it is warranted, rather than this blanket negativity bullshit we seem to get at every turn?

How can you ever expect proper concerns to be addressed at the club when so many fans simply go off on a pissy rant at every single perceived mistake or fault of the board even when after examination they have done nothing wrong?

 

Perhaps, we've got enough players to beat Rankers to the League next season with the state they're in.

We could be agreeing deals with players but they may not be revealed until the transfer window opens.

 

IMO lenny is celtic in the brain and in the heart if he thinks the board arent doing enough for the club he will be the man to tell him he might be the manager and answers to the board but i dont think * be scared to tell them what he wants and what he needs

this is it celtic board get your finger out now and get quality signings in now that they have been taken off market.but im not going to get carried away tho as the board and lenny need to respond and the fans as well lets get these season books sold out and get decent signings in and get this title back
